Easy to use, with tons of customizable content. They also offer Microsoft surface tablet option as well. I am also using it to play background music while showing marketing content on TV screens. Every person I talked to at Raydiant was helpful and kind, and never once tried to sell me on the product. They let the product speak for itself. That's how you know its good, they will let you demo it. You will never want to live without it. Pros The Raydiant system turned my static TV screen in my lobby into a beautiful display. Using the software I could create moving images, advertisements, promote upcoming classes and sales... it was exactly what I was looking for. It is a great product. Cons The cost was what I liked the least. I could not justify the monthly cost when there were free apps and things out there that I could do similar things with. My display screen is actually a smart TV, so I have more options than if I just had a monitor. Even if I get staff to engage with customers, it's usually on one thing. Now, as they are in the store, they are seeing our promotions, specials, new flavors and products as well as learning about our loyalty program, fundraisers and birthday parties without having to be told. Pros The ability to remotely update content for immediate display on the screens in my store keeps the content fresh and gets customer's attention. Cons I really haven't found anything to dislike! Power goes out or interrupted, finds it's way back and reliably reboots once connections restored. Cons User interface for editing, loading and managing videos needs work. Needs to be more intuitive - need to be aware that many users may only use infrequently - say once a month or less - and it is hard to recall how to use. Simply deleting items from the library was a challenge. Also you need more widgets to add in, like the weather and clock. These are great, but need some new ideas. Could also use more news stations. With all the negative political theatre out there, we need some alternatives that don't get folks blood pressure up. Reason for choosing Displai Only one I looked at. You had my name in database from Instagram marketing while with Mira. February 26, 2019 5.0 It was very easy to get it started and after couple of tries the screen is showing my content in the professional way and very clean looking advertisements and promotions. Pros The screen can be customized to show any slide / picture / graph or video. Make your own slide show or use the included tools to make your own menu or any slide you would like. Easy to use. Google Data Studio is what I call a differentiator with an advanced tech edge. Pros I really like the Google Data studio support and the ease of use aspect. Cons I wish that the various widgets had more control to directly adjust font, size, color scheme etc. to support our branding needs. This is directly in front of the customer and we are adding menus with pricing information for the trucks and other equipment as well as all of the U-Haul moving supplies we sell. Pros Easy to connect - plug and play, up and running in a few minutes Cons Mira Dashboard is missing some basic features such as copy and paste and the ability to organize content into folders. We would also like the option to add "super's" to videos and scroll bars at the bottom of the screen. Very professional Cons There is an issue porting from PMW. Have to research Youtube to find out how to do things. No Manual. Customer service response time is to slow. Pros At first I liked what it could do such as stream LIVE videos. Cons If you have a weak internet signal, the software doesn't work well.
