It's easy, it's helpful and we're stoked to be able to utilize the software. Cons Moving things from spots and creating playlists is a little on the difficult side. You don't have to be trained in their software. Cons there are some minor limitations. occasional connectivity issues. and the implementation wasn't the easiest process but we got through it. If they could fix the freeze issue it would be a great product. Pros The system is easy to deploy and a nice small footprint . Now with Mira, my customers can see the differences, special happy hour deals, daily specials etc. Easy to change on the fly and post within minutes. Pros Mira was very easy to set up and go live. Upload our favorite photos, type in a few categories and you are ready to go. Very economical, easy to use!!!!! Cons We have to restart the device every so many days. No cost for device, and you are up and running immediately. and you can always cancel. if you want to have multiple frames on 1 monitor or anything more sophisticated than just show pictures and videos, this will not cut it. Pros it is super easy to use, very good place to start for a beginner. Cons functionality is weak. if you are good with ms office and use a smart tv, you can basically do the same thing. Pros I love to ability to remotely control the content being displayed. These devices are simple to set up and easy to troubleshoot. Cons I am disappointed with the PosterMyWall integration. The pricing within PosterMyWall is ridiculous. I would rather have Canva integration. I wish I could completely customize colors, animation directions, animation type, etc. The preset styles are limiting and do not fit our brand well.
