Not good

Pros

First we were over charged. We could never make it work. Support was horrible. We were promised so many things and nothing came to fruition. Finally after the sales person ignored us for months we found someone to assist in cancellation and they were professional and helpful. It may be that we just had a bad sales person.

Cons

Could never make it work correctly. Could never get the support promised.

Reason for choosing Displai

Found it on Facebook and decided to try it.

Pros

It’s sinple, straightforward, and easy to manage on the road. I can open up the dashboard from my smart phone and make adjustments on the fly

Cons

I wish that Mira would add a remote reset feature. When a screen goes down you have to manually reset from the device.

Pros

The unit allows a tremendous ability to be creative with ads and information

Cons

In the current environment in my area, there are no events going on. Restaurant are limited capacity, People are not sitting in waiting rooms. Right now I'm paying the fee for the unit and it's sitting in my house, very hard to place it in a location to create income.

Excellent programmable signage at an affordable rate by any means. The silent sales partner that is always working for your business so to speak.

Pros

The best part is Mira is always adding new templates and applications, and exposes additional dynamic feeds for sharing content, all managed via the web.

Cons

The software is easy to manage and the presentation is always appealing. However, it would be nice to change the screen background color if you supply an image smaller than the screen size.

I like the ease of use and when I do reach Support, their ability to help me.

Cons

It would be nice if I would receive updates emailed to me describing what is new with the software.

Pros

Simple to use, easy to upload and control screens from one central location. Mira is extremely helpful for brick and mortar, trade shows and in-office kiosks.

Cons

The cloud system is a bit hard to navigate when you get more than 10-20 files to manage. A little update to better organization would go a long way. It's not a deal breaker, just a needed update.

The best thing about RAYDIANT is the team behind it. They are above all customer focused. Very, very responsive and quickly. The appointment scheduling process makes it so ease for screen share or phone. Lots of help on the website and an active chat feature.

Pros

The software is intuitive and reliable. The images clean and the access to sources strong.

Cons

Needs robust Internet Service -- our dinky ISP hampered us

Low cost and no installation costs Ease of use - Posting content the same day! Portability - Able to move to other screens easy without loosing content New services being added which will enhance our uses

Cons

Adjust the aspect ratio of uploaded background photos....Was told this is being resolved
