I have been using Raydiant TV Sticks in my restaurant to display our Toast menu boards and DS Link menu boards, and I must say, they have been a game-changer. As someone who understands the importance of technology in today's fast-paced world, having a reliable and efficient system to display our menus has been a huge relief.One of the standout features of the Raydiant TV Sticks is how easy they make updates and changes to our menus. Gone are the days of manually replacing physical menu boards or printing new menus every time we make a change. With just a few clicks, we can update our menu items, prices, and even make seasonal changes effortlessly. This not only saves us time and effort but also ensures that our customers are always presented with the most accurate and up-to-date information.Furthermore, the customer support provided by Raydiant has been outstanding. Whenever we have encountered a question or issue, their team has been quick to respond and resolve the problem. Their dedication to ensuring that their customers have a positive experience is truly commendable.In conclusion, Raydiant TV Sticks have revolutionized the way we display our menus in our restaurant. The ease of use, seamless integration, and exceptional performance make them an invaluable tool for any establishment looking to enhance their customer experience. With Raydiant, updating and changing menus has become a breeze, allowing us to focus on what we do best – great food.

Cons

We have no experienced anything negative so far. If I could be picky about any 1 thing the price is a little high. At $40 per device per month we try to be strategic on how many we utilize. However, the time savings each device offers back to us easily makes up for the fee.

Raydiant is so great to work with! I’ve needed minimal help but they are really good at helping to sort out any issues.

Pros

This is a smooth easy to understand, and simple to modify/edit, platform with just enough bells and whistles.

Cons

I’ve only once had a problem with hardware and it was addressed and corrected promptly. I got through to a person quickly and my new hardware was in my mailbox the next day.

Raydiant allows us to post events and information that is easily seen by our staff and customers. I love that we can post photos, videos and information that we want to be seen when we want to see it.

Pros

Raydiant is very easy to use and configure. I love that I can manage it from anywhere and it is very simple to make changes when needed.

Cons

There are times that the devices lock up and need to be rebooted. Because they are not in easy to reach places we have started putting them on timed outlets so that they can be rebooted automatically without needing to get ladders out and fit our hands behind the screens.

Reason for choosing Displai

I don't recall the other solutions that we looked at... but Raydiant was the only one that met our needs that we could afford.

### "Love this product!"

10/10. I'm still blown away by how great they work.

Pros

I've been using digital marketing in my restaurants for 15 years. In the past I had to setup computers dedicated for screen use only and run cables to each tv. If the operating system updated, or glitched, the entire thing needed to be reset. It was time consuming and some of my employees were unable to get things set up. I moved on to Raspberry pi's and they worked great, until they didn't. These little boxes of magic never fail, can be set up on the fly, and make my life a lot easier. I looked into Raydiant originally because they had integration with our POS system, Toast. It does so much more than just show our menus.

Cons

The answer is NOTHING. There is nothing that I don't like about the Raydiant system.

Reason for choosing Displai

Price, ease of use, functionality. Nothing came close.

Pros

Raydiant was easy to deploy within our organization, the UX design is extremely user friendly, and it has been an affordable for our company to use digital signage without purchasing expensive displays.

Cons

Customer service can sometimes be lacking. The rep which initially sold our company the Raydiant product no longer took my calls/emails after we were fully onboarded. Billing can also be challenging if you have multiple locations using the product.

Overall, this is a wonderful product. They are quick with RMA’s when necessary, so downtime is minimal.

Pros

Easy to use, customize, and deploy. We were up and running less than an hour after getting the device.

Cons

The device does overheat sometimes (we are in the desert where the temps have been known to hit 117+.

Raydiant recognizes when sales development representatives on our team take one step closer to their goal/quota and when they hit their goal. It also allows for the SDR to show their personality by picking their own song.

Pros

Increases the energy level on the team and the excitement when a team member gets a sale and their video that they picked goes off for the whole team to see and recognize.

Cons

We have 10 screens on in our sales department and it's tough getting them all synced up at the same time when an alert goes off. If that could be rectified, that would be a nice touch.

Easy to Implement, easy to use, easy to change content with the push of a mouse from over 500 miles away.

Pros

We have over 28 locations using this product and the ability to customize the playlist of videos graphics and weather for each dealership is very valuable.

Cons

We had to make a play list for each location in order to use weather. It would be nice to have the PC or screen realize the Zip it is located in and provide weather for that. A news Ticker would be nice as well.

Pros

Their service is top-notch, specifically \[sensitive content hidden\]. When I first started in my current role, I took over being the admin for Hoopla(a product of Raydiant). She did a great job in training me in waves, not showing me everything, but showing me everything that was relevant to what I was asking about, so as to not overload me with information. Over time I have gotten to the point where we have covered almost everything and I have learned a lot. In that training, she also suggested a new feature we could start using pretty close to immediately that has added a lot of value to our sales reps, especially those working remote. I am an admin of several software tools we use and so naturally I communicate directly with a lot of CSM's. \[sensitive content hidden\] is our favorite CSM to work with as she comes with a balanced and adaptable approach to customer success. She knows just what we need and listens intently to be sure that we are getting what we need and not just what we think we need.

Cons

In the content creation process, I wish that you could create everything on the same page or in the same flow. With each step, I have to navigate to a different tab and create that component before I navigate to another tab and create the next piece of content. It is a robust system that stores and organizes your information well, but the building process could be much easier.

Raydiant was recommended to us, so I done my research and compared Raydiant to other similiar systems. And I have to say the overall experience of Raydiant from the demo up to daily use has been 5 star. The platform is so easy to use, its engaging, it shows off what we are like as a company in the office, our account manage \[sensitive content hidden\] is ALWAYS willing to offer help (even with the big time difference).

Pros

Easy to navigate around the system, great training videos, great on-boarding with your account manager... also on call to help.

Cons

Can't change the font style, font colours, it would be great if you could implement your branding colours into the system.

It was great. If I had any problems, help was just a phone call away.

Pros

The user interface is well designed, and easy to use.

Cons

The pricing did get a little steep. My first account only ran me 80.00 per month with free players. It went up to 250.00 per month with players costing 199.00 each. While it is true that I have switched services, if your budget allowed it this is truly a great service

At the time paying for a service was a better option and a Brightsign was REALLY EXPENSIVE !

When it works, it's great. It's only the time-consuming process to get through it each week of updates.

Pros

The features and way it operates 24/7 works for our business.

Cons

There are kinks in the app that need to be addressed. The screen needs to be refreshed numerous times as we are updating our daily/weekly playlist of events. After numerous tries, the tech support only offers that they cannot replicate the issues, and we should change our browser each time we use Raydiant. (We are using Chrome).
