Otherwise, all good. Pros We got Raydiant for it's Toast POS integration, and it's really nice having our menu update in real time, and when we 86 something on a terminal it updates immediately on the screens. Cons Sometimes I have to refresh the browser to show updates, so a tiny bit glitchy. Always works on refresh. It is impossible to reach a live person, and their 'Account Managers' do not answer their phones or emails. Pros I love the ease of use with this software. Literally plug-and-play and very easy to configure and set up. Cons The software is sometime glitchy, but nothing a refresh of your web browser won't resolve. Content is easy to create and playlists are quick to assemble. This is such an easy product to use and has really helped us create and share information with our customers. Pros There is a lot of content already available to quickly create amazing displays that draw the eye of our customers. We run ads for programs, memberships, info-graphics, and more and I can usually create the screens in under 15 minutes. Cons Sometimes the TVs lose connection to the hub and things have to be reset.
