Been on point everytime I reach out to them!

Pros

It being so easy to use out of the box. And i love the many different display options which allows to keep my post fresh and new. Also, I love the news feed options when I don't feel creating something to post.

Cons

I wish it had a training video. It easy to use, however I find myself always unlock something I didn't know the software could do.

Very happy with ease of use and the consistency of the product.

Pros

We love the fact that multiple managers can upload and manage our content remotely and for each location separately.

Cons

We would prefer to be able to sync up to separate screens so that data can be shared between the two. In other words you could create content that could be split between two or three screens.

Raydiant has be been very dependable and their customer service is great. We've had a great overall experience.

Pros

Being able to update and edit displays remotely, create schedules, and create visually pleasing content from any device that has internet is a HUGE convenience. The platform is intuitive enough to confirm the new content has been pushed to the displays. We don't use the multiple display feature (yet), but being able to control multiple display separately with unique content on each one was a bonus when choosing Raydiant.

Cons

The built-in content creating and editing tools are very generic, simple, and don't give many dynamic options. Another content creation tool is recommended to have in addition to Raydiant. We use Poster-My-Wall and it seamlessly integrates with Raydiant. This is listed as a Con because an added subscription (cost) is required.

Works when I need it to and I don't have to mess with it all the time.

Pros

We can create custom content at all of our locations. We can schedule contact ahead of time or should be removed after the event has completed. The remote feature is the best.

Cons

We are very happy with the software and don't have any issues at this time

All of our screens are working 24 hours. There were a few problems, but the technical support was responsible and helpful. My account is connected to Postermywall, and it is easy to use and upload with lots of resources. It's definitely a good choice.

I did not found anything wrong with their support.

Absolutely fulfilling the needs we had. and outstanding customer service. Very smoothness integration.

Pros

I really like the gamification as it creates a lot of fun in the team. We have also seen an increase on certain KPI's after implementation. I have been extremely satisfied with our customer relationship manager \[sensitive content hidden\], who has helped, followed up and been extremely helpful in general.

Cons

So far there hasn't really been any cons. other than a few people that needed to getting used to have their performance broadcasted on a big screen.
