It's been a great addition to our marketing efforts from within the store. Our locations are very busy and it's not always that easy for our customer service specialist to mention current promos. We rely on Mira to assist in this area greatly.

Pros

The set up process was very easy and fast. The support team was great as well.

Cons

Nothing really that I didn't like, however, it'd be great if the implemented a kinetic typography module.

Customers love seeing products on the screens that we make to order. Any issue we've ever had with the screens was quickly resolved and up and running correctly in no time.

Pros

Super easy to use and get up and running. Love the flexibility to do quick/last minute sell ads and send to the screens.

Cons

Having to use Chrome for best results was originally a set back, but now we use Chrome for several things, so no problem.

up and running nearly instantly. Did not require extensive deployment

Cons

It is on the expensive side for media management, but it also has the most features. I do think its worth it.

Its been great. Sync's with Toast Tab POS which is awesome Because Toast is a pain when it comes to integrations.

Pros

Simplicity. So fast and easy to setup, and use.

Cons

We are not able with our license to assign multiple users so its a generic login which is not the best for security.

Reason for choosing Displai

Seemed easy and worked with Toast.

Menu engineering is the absolute best feature here. I can guide my customers to the items that provide a larger profit margin by dynamically making them the star of the show.

Pros

I appreciated how quickly they were able to get me setup and and running with easy to use templates

Cons

Beyond the easy to use templates, it can become a bit cumbersome. There are so many options. A good problem in the long run though.

we have saved so much time being able to change our menus, events, etc, and adding or taking them down from our computers if we are in the office but if needed from our phones if we are out and have a last-minute change.

Pros

easy changes to our menus and event flyers. I am not a fan of printing out pictures or flyers and hanging them around our restaurant to display. Having them on a Screen and professionally illustrated looks so much better!

Cons

I don't have anything I really dislike, it has been easy to use and time-saving for us.

Pros

I love that there are many templates to choose from to make slides, videos, cards, or pictures. Everybody enjoys the employee collages, invites, celebratory pics and videos, etc.

Cons

Sometimes I wish there were more templates to choose from, but that's just being picky.

Generally pleased with the product and support received. The slide function has been in "Beta" mode since our start-up. Hoping improvements are forthcoming that allows for full transparency with Microsoft PowerPoint or other similar software packages. Various transitions between slides would be nice.

Pros

Allows for truly remote administration on a recurring basis. Eliminates the need for local intervention for updates and changes.

Cons

I wish it had better functionality with Microsoft PowerPoint. At this time, PowerPoint presentations require that the file be saved as a PDF and then uploaded. Doing so results in the necessity to time slides uniformly relating to the display time each slide is on the screen. The work around requires slides be uploaded individually and is more involved than hoped for.
