Very good. I would highly recommend Raydiant

Pros

I like the ease of use. Just upload a powerpoint or PDF and push it to the screen. I also like the many options available, from online videos, local videos, multi-zone to RSS feeds. All very easy to implement. They take care of the hardware, and support responds quickly, replacing any bad devices.

Cons

Sometimes the site lags a little bit, but not too bad.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was a monumental help during our onboarding. We have dealt with 100s of different platforms and the commitment level here was above and beyond!

Cons

Small issues with data tracking that we found, luckily \[sensitive content hidden\] guided us through some workarounds!

I am stuck because I don’t understand using credits and/or how to apply my credits to showcase my display.

Pros

I like the variety of templates and videos.

Cons

The concept of using credits is not well explained. Customer service doesn’t know product well enough to guide customers accurately. No proper follow up to ensure user experience.

We use Mira to engage with our guests and stores on a more personal level. With the proper equipment, we are able to 'facetime' with our guests during an event or on any occasions that we see fit. And of course, its core digital signage functionality is a great in-store communication channel that can push any promotional messages almost instantly.

Pros

It can display digital menus, promotional ads, video messages, youtube videos and offer a variety of capabilities. What makes it stand out is its video conferencing capability - it's like facetime but when it is used in a commercial setting with the ability to broadcast to multiple locations at the same time through TVs, it is veryinnovative. The management/service team is responsive, reliable, and great to work with.

Cons

Video conferencing requires the user to facilitate the process and turn on the equipment. If everything can be automated with 1 single tab that will be incredible.

Love the ability to create the images/menu in our office and send it out to our different locations and the ease of making changes.

I really don't have much to say negatively about the software. A wish list item would be more graphics to create menus.

Pros

Raydiant has been a very helpful tool in our office for day-to-day needs being relayed. The platform is relatively easy to maneuver, and we enjoy using it to showcase company initiatives and accomplishments. Customer service has also been a pleasure to communicate with when needed; they're always there to help.

Cons

When there are periods without the use of the system, there is sometimes an issue getting the system to startup without rebooting or restarting, which can take some time. Other than that, the system works well for the most part.

Great experience, wish we had ran into them sooner.

Pros

Raydiants technology has been game changing ... our retail space has improved in more ways than one. We have been able to educate our clients, have virtual trunk shows,display and promote our new arrivals. We can attribute an increase in sales of 5-7 % .

Cons

We were not able to tie it into our POS system- (our POS was built internally)

I would rather make a power point slideshow and play it from a thumb drive than spend this kind of money.The amount of spam and constant requests for a review was the final straw, and motivator to get me to write this.

Pros

I was almost as good as power point, and more expensive.

Cons

Only one user can be logged in at a time, players would freeze, staff would constantly complain.Decision was made by someone else to buy into this.

Definitely not my choice.

Pros

Raydiant allows us to upload informative content on the TV's around our office. This is great for getting a message across to everyone and is easy to edit/update!

Cons

Although it's only a minor issue, from time to time the Screens can disconnect, this can be down to the service account's password being updated. This is easily rectified though through the Raydiant app.

Pros

Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to use Raydiant as we open new locations.

Pros

I like how many options and how many different services they integrate with. I also am a huge fan of their customer support team. The only time I had an issue, the online chat was able to help me through additional trouble shooting beyond what I had initially done and we were able to get to the root of the issue.

Cons

The only complaint I have is the current integration with Square, but since their relationship is still pretty new, I am assuming that this will improve with time.
