This product does this and more. Reps have their dashboard and managers can see how all their reps are doing. Results are on the TV and if key goals are not hit, we send an email with what is missed. Pros Abaav Performance is a great product and has been a great motivator for our company. We have so many goals to keep track of and hit that having a product like this is a must for our sales team. Cons Advanced analytics and reporting is missing outside of target to actual visualization. Now, everybody sees how they are doing and what needs to be done real-time. Pros Very easy to use. Our team is a lot more motivated and competitive with each other. As a manager, I am able to communicate what is important and what to focus on by adjusting individual's quotas and targets real-time via the application. Cons It lacked direct integration to our SAP system. We need to replicate sales data to SFDC tables prior to creating metrics in Abaav.
