Pros: Sales team loves to use the tool. Intuitive and easy to use.
Cons: Having additional Tv presentations would be awesome
Overall: The solution is just what we need to elevate and empower our high performing Direct Sales team. The transparency of driving Key Results among the group through TV, Leaderboards, and Scorecard is exactly what we were looking for
Pros: Very easy to use. Our team is a lot more motivated and competitive with each other. As a manager, I am able to communicate what is important and what to focus on by adjusting individual's quotas and targets real-time via the application.
Cons: It lacked direct integration to our SAP system. We need to replicate sales data to SFDC tables prior to creating metrics in Abaav.
Overall: This has eliminated all admin work we had for running sales/quota reports, and updating goals. Now, everybody sees how they are doing and what needs to be done real-time.
