Positive! I like them and I think they offer a really useful service. Due to many factors I did not want to list my home address publicly associated with a business under my name so having a mailbox allowed me to officially own a business without involving my home.

Pros

I like that they give multiple options with how I want my mail handled - I can go pick it up in person (luckily mine is only 5 minutes away from my house) or they can scan it and upload a picture for me to review, or they can forward it to me. I have used all of those features before and thought they handled it very professionally and it was pretty easy for me as the customer.

Cons

The setup process is very difficult, but they try their best to hold your hand through it. They require you to get a notary to sign off on you having the mailbox which is a hassle but if you're willing to pay a little more you can do it online through Anytime Mailbox and it's much easier than trying to do it in person at a local UPS store or something.

Overall experience has been great no complaints. Never issues with any of my packages or mail thus far.

Pros

Easy to use to pick up mail and check if mail has arrived online you get a notification by email as well very time saving and easy to use

Cons

What I like least about mailbox would be maybe the pricing could be a little bit better although there isn’t much to complain about

good at first and it went downhill from there after 12 months. The app does not reconcile what you want. Example. Whwn you request mail pickup and your mail was picked up, the mail is still in your inbox acrueing fees. I have been chrged for over $100 in 4 months.

Pros

The location is in a strip mall next to WAWA which was fine, but it is a mess inside. This started out for $10 month and both it is over $15 plus BS storage fee.

Cons

They charge you for mail that has been picked up already. They have a 1.50 storage charge. I have picked up my mail and they still charge me. Their online app does not report that mail has been picked or want to trash. This started out for $10 month and both it is over $15 plus BS storage fee.

Anytime mailbox appears to be a fraudulent bait-and-switch service. We signed up for a mailbox at a certain price point. After one month at that price, they billed us 6X that amount, and a month later they billed us 4X that amount. All the while, there was no intimation of a price increase or justification to do so. While the billing happens via Anytime mailbox, they refused to refund the charges and asked us to coordinate with the physical store for requesting refunds. So the customer service was non-existent.

Pros

Their initial pricing was competitive compared to what we were using before.

Cons

They raised prices by 500% without informing us. When we called to dispute the price increase, they refused to help and asked us to take it up with the physical store.

I'm never one to post but anytime service is doing some deceptive and fraudulent stuff. I have a virtual mailbox with them where i pay a fixed monthly fee for a mailbox . As part of this service, my plan includes (a specified amount of recycle and shred actions per month, before additional charges of $1 per action is applied). The mailbox operator decided to start charging me fees and disregarding the plan I have in place.... Absolutely ignoring the agreement. The operators response?....."Because we can. Take this up with Anytime Mailbox". Anytime mailbox comes back and says talk to the mailbox operator. The bottom line, I’m paying anytime mailbox for features that actually aren’t being provided. I’m getting charged double by the operator. No where in any agreement did I find this would happen. I'm still fighting ridiculous issue, but to those interested in a virtual mailbox with this anytimemailbox.....pick somewhere else. Your plan would be meaningless.

Seems nice, cheap and easy to set up, but after 4 months of not receiving mail seems like a scam.

Pros

Easy to set up at first, I like the idea of the service and the price for smaller mail needs.

Cons

Kept telling me to wait one more month until I'd start receiving mail, never started working, tried blaming it on USPS even though I contacted them several times. And when I asked for solutions they told me there was nothing else they could do

Not great, would not recommend to anyone

Pros

I can't say there are any real pros. It was a pain to sign up, we had to cancel twice, and we constantly chased mail the UPS Store we used could never find.

Cons

We were double charged for the month AFTER we cancelled. They lost one package for 5 months. Mail never arrived in a timely fashion. No accountability. No one would ever return our phone calls. Anytime corporate was never any help and refused to refund additional charges to date.

Reasons for choosing Anytime Mailbox

Looked like a good service UX and good locations/pricing. I would go with higher priced services in the future and ignore locations.

Pros

I have been using Anytime Mailbox for almost 5 years now. I own a small side hustle business and ship my orders out from my online store. I didn't want to use my home address so this is perfect! I only get a small amount of mail sent to my box, but when I do, I get notified right away. Scheduling a pick up takes just a few seconds and I love how the app remembers all the pieces of mail that comes in so if I lost anything I can find it in my archived history. I highly recommend this product!

There are no cons, I like the product a lot
