“Excellent product for the 21st Century Agent”

OverallPropertymate is trying to bring the NYC real estate era into the year 2019. The current systems and methods for generating business and providing good service to clients are pretty old. We could do a lot better and propertymate is allowing agents to excel through efficiency and the use of data and AI.
ProsPropertymate is an excellent service for matching properties and clients. They use AI to take a lot of the time consuming research out of the process. The interface is my favorite. It's exceptionally user friendly. They've clearly put a lot of thought into solving the obstacles faced by modern day agents by using data to their advantage. Traditional brokerages still struggle to keep up with the pace of technology and are grossly incapable of harnessing the power of data to drive efficiency and sales. Propertymate also acts as a powerful CRM so you are able to prioritize and manage your clients as you wish. Definitely worth investing into for your business.

“Excellent CRM for new homes sales and marketing teams”

OverallThanks to Propertymate we started saving a lot of time on manual data input, which led us to a better understanding of the needs of our buyers. As the side effect we managed to shorten our sales cycle and increase convertion rate.
ProsThe matching and lead interests analysis works really impressive. It was especially valuable for our email marketing campaigns, as we were able to laser target our leads and increase click rate by 260%.
ConsEverything was pretty fine. Call-tracking integration would be a plus.
