Cons As an administrator, the set up and endless options can sometimes hinder my understanding but this could also be considered a "pro" of the software. But in speaking of simplicity, this makes some tasks difficult. Pros it can be customized to fit your business and other existing software Cons the setup was a lot and took a long time. when we change company processes and other software the set up processes related to "what is new" has to be redone or a work around has to be found. the benefit enrollment part of the system doesn't work quite right for us all the time.
