Overall: I absolutely love working with Barkley HQ. As soon as I signed up they called me and trained me on the system. They also helped me transfer over. Anytime I have a question they are super fast in getting back to me. I love how they have phone support too. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of Barkley HQ really cares and does a great job.
Pros: I really like how easy the Barkley HQ calendar is to use. It makes creating appointments and updating notes very easy. I LOVE how you can add your grooming notes right on the calendar. This saves us so much time. I also like how it tracks all my clients details like money spent and contact information. My customers love having the ability to book their own appointments online and really appreciate the reminder messages. I really like how it lets me communicate with my clients and track everything. It is the perfect software for groomers.
Cons: I wish there was a way to make phone calls from Barkley HQ. I have asked them and they said they are working on integrations to get this added.
"Easy to use and best customer service!"
Overall: I love working with Barkley HQ. Even though we are a small business (3 groomers) they treat us like a priority. They are helpful and actually answer. I was hesitant to change software's but I am so glad I did. Barkley HQ rocks and knows their customers.
Pros: Barkley HQ is sooo easy to use and does everything you need! I love how I can access it from my phone and do everything on the go. It really saves me so much time. It makes making a booking quick and easy and shows everything you need right on your calendar! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] convinced me to use the gift card feature and I am so happy I did. I already sold 23 gift cards. Their customer support team is the best and they actually answer the phone and walk you through everything. It is worth every penny.
Cons: I told them they needed to make it more clear which days are unavailable when clients are making an online booking. They updated this so now it is easy for them to see what days are available when they make an online booking.

Overall: Disappointed. I really liked the software but it glitches so much! owner of barkley doesn't take responsibility and blames the customer
Pros: Software is really user friendly . There are lots of options that are helpful in the salon.
Cons: I was really happy overall untill I kept running into glitches. Grooming information not saving , previous appointment history not saving, appointment reminders being sent out a the wrong time . It seems like the system needs more work. The owner just keeps telling me that it's operator error, it is not .
