Our experience has been phenomenal. Our doctors are even recommending it other professionals, which speaks volumes since this typically doesn't happen.

Pros

1) Ease of use. 2) Being a multi-doctor dental office the docs ( & other staff) can easily see where in the office they need to be at all times 3) Inexpensive 4) Excellent customer service

Cons

1) Not one thing I dislike- HONEST!!! LOVE it

Venga is a great tool for an internal patient call system for our large dental practice. We use it across all departments (administrative, hygiene, assistants, & doctors). We can page for everything from the patient needing a financial, hygiene needing a block, a patient needing an exam, etc)

Pros

Unlimited customization options, ease of learning for large staff

Cons

Interruptions - wish it would work in the background without taking control of mouse/open windows.

Great we use it every day.

Pros

Easy to use. I like being able to communicate to different ops/rooms with out getting up from my desk.

Cons

How the alerts/pop up stops me from continue typing.

Pros

The Bright colors and the ease of use. Another practitioner I know, uses it and really likes it.

Cons

I wish I could select a person to send a message to more easily. Instead of having to click 3-4 times. If I could just select the person from the dashboard, that would be easier.

I am very happy with the software. We have been using this for about a year now and I have no complaints. The customer service (especially \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] ) has been a pleasure to speak with and very helpful.

Pros

This software was cost sufficient compared to others I reviewed. Installation was easy and very simple to use. I was up and running in minutes.

Cons

I wish it did have more options of quick test messages and more options of the quick buttons.

Reasons for choosing Venga

I never heard of Venga before. A coworker used it in another practice and brought it to my attention. After speaking with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from Venga, I felt confident to try the software and have been happy with it since.

We no longer have to leave patients alone in the operatories.

Pros

It allows stealth intra-team communication to aid in increasing efficiency and the patient experience.

Cons

There are not more options for colors and sounds.
