I know where everthing is. Pros Fantastic service that helps me to view court bundles with out delay and able to have good communication with professionals. Cons Nothing really, I can clearly see the files, view the pages and go to where I need to be. I cant think of anything to change. On one occasion a Solicitor stated that he hadn't received a bundle. This was disproved in Court by producing all necessary e-mail correspondence received from Safedrop and the Court dismissed their claim and ordered costs against them. Pros Safedrop is super secure and if you have any issues it only takes a couple of minutes for a member of staff to get back to you. Cons Nothing as everything is so quick and easy. The only time I have had to raise a query is when a recipient states that they couldn't open the document. This was easily resolved with a quick call to Safedrop when it was determined that the recipient had been a little over eager and kept trying to insert codes which had been overwritten by their request to provide further codes! From onboarding to supported setup. They even customised the welcome page and logo for me according to my instructions. Pros The product is easy to use and it has a nice look and feel to it. Cons Nothing, but it would be good to have a little more read on the details shown on the documents sent audit list.
