We have great open rates and get exceptional feedback from our donors! **Cons:** Honestly, not much. It is easy to use and we get great feedback from our donors. It's s fun and personal way to thank donors and engage them with their scholarship recipients. ThankView has a selection of tutorials for each user group and their academy courses. Learning to create and personalize landing pages and record, upload, and edit videos is easy. And, if someone is stuck, there is a handy chat box to reach for help! I've been using ThankView for three years and loving it! Thank the ThankView team for their fun, interactive platform, and excellent customer service. **Cons:** It takes a while to send test videos during work hours.
