Pros: It provides secure and instant access to board meeting materials, saving valuable time and money. It also facilitates the process of collaborating, making decisions and overall board governance. Plus, it can be accessed via the iPad app and has mobile-responsive design, which makes it even easier for directors to view the information they need before, during and after meetings.

Cons: The product is great! There are no negative aspects that I can think of related to DirectorsLink.
