The software is easy to use, well organized, and helpful for managing school activities. The learning curve is low, and the free version offers useful features for daily tasks. Although there is room for improvement, especially in having a desktop version, eSkooly is reliable and provides great value for money. Overall, I am satisfied and happy using it. Pros eSkooly is the best software in the world, completely free, with an easy learning curve, strong security, excellent value for money, minimal bugs and issues, smooth class and grade management, simple payment and billing, and a very helpful parent portal. Cons I would like it more if the services available in the free version could also be used through a desktop application. Pros Excellent platform and takes care of all aspects required for running an educational institution. Many things I didn't even knew we could measure and handle it with so much ease. Option to change language. Very secure platform, creates each students, employees login credentials and provides tailor made requirement for each individual depending on its role. User interface is extremely clean and easy. There has been no need so far to reach out customer support because everything is working exceptionally well, with no issues. Learning curve was extremely easy. Cons Once we select language it changes for everyone. I was hoping in future they can allow change of language for each employee, difference teachers can choose to run the program in their selected language, while the admin maintains the default language. I like the user interface but it could be improved. I do not think there was much of a learning curve. I have been using the free online version. I am considering buying a desktop version. Hopefully, the experience is going to be better and worth the money. I like how it helps to keep and look up the performances of the students. It has just been a few months since I started using this platform. I am not sure how customer support works with the free online version. I do think if they were readily reachable, my experience with eSkooly would benefit greatly. Pros I can keep the records of all the students and teachers and their attendance in one place. eSkooly helps me lookup the students and their performances in the exams and class tests with just few keystrokes and clicks. Cons eSkooly does not let me change the student ID once set. It also does not allow to manually set employees IDs for the school. Either eSkooly does not allow or I am just unable to sort the names of the students in a class as per my requirements when I am entering their class test scores or when entering their attendance data. No other app on the internet is now providing free P software like what is included in the basic version of eSkooly. Pros ESkooly is a very Teacher friendly software where I can very easily manage class test examinations and overall positiveness in the class. The security provided by eSkooly it is quite exceptional where I don’t face any issues. The notification and SMS Gateway is a remarkable innovation for making parent teacher interaction effective. This is the most cost-effective and bug free software that I have used to make sure effective learning happens inside and outside the class. The software helps me to make sure that the students learning curve do not hit a plateau. Thank you eSkooly team. Cons There are couple of things that I have noted First is that most of the time they report cards generation is not correct(the alignment of words change).
