CENTER'S MANAGER Education Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "minus zero (-0) customer service" March 18, 2023 1.0 Pros ease of use, apk and ios apps, accessibility Cons 00000000000000 customer service, no one replies once get paid unless a negative review is pushed, website feature is just for marketing (fixed design, unability to edit default posts), can't assign too many different students to same parent (you have to create a parental email for each child which is annoying to parents), no option to make one student attend two classes so you have to create a student profile for each class for the same student, materials can't be added to specific classes with same modules (you have to keep adding the same pdf or course file to each class separately), materials don't copy to new academic year (so each year you have to re-add them one by one which is time consuming) examination tab can't save marks for parents to monitor their children's progress, on-line exam is not functioning especially grading!!! and above all no reply to calls or messages to fix issues, we offered once to pay them extra money but they said it was not about money it was because there's only one engineer on this whole software company!!!! i guess they made the free version look rich and fency while the paid version with more non-real features ... i don't recommend to buy!!! Ir's ok, but is there any other way of migrating students and teachers for several classes? This isn't logic, because if you were a teacher or someone from Education sector you would know that students and teachers have more than 1 course and this isn't worth it like that. This is basics in education. It's a crass error from your platform. Could you please correct this urgently? otherwise I will have my money back, because forgive me my my position, but this is the aim of any education management platform. There's no logic we have to write each time same student or teacher in the each class we create. this is a huge problem. Your platform could be perfect, but this takes me in shock. Sms don't work also to students and teachers. Total disillusion. I regret the money I payed. They answered me one time in WhatsApp, they proposed to make a meeting to solve the problem and they disappeared. After that never answered. No confidence at all and no respect for the client. Pros It could be perfect but it's not just because they don't care. This is all about making money Cons Image is good, too good to be true. It could be if they want but it's not. They're fault. Pros The structure is good, various features are there to maintain the student's and staff records. Cons POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, Nobody picks up the call on the support number. once in a blue moon, someone replies to the WhatsApp message and then vanishes. Waste lots of time for giving support which leads to problems in management. Lots of bugs are there which is mismanaging the data. Always remember Customer support is very important for any start up. I give 0 stars for customer support" September 20, 2023 2.0 Software itself is not so bad for the money, but customer support is horrible like non existent.If you are an experienced in php, you can fix all errors by yourself then you can buy this software. Othervise stay away !! Pros Product price is cheap, plenty of features, a little bit of bugs but could be easy fix. Overall installation is a bit simple but you must use php version 8.2 or less. Othervise you will get an runtime error. Cons Customer support is complete mess, I only get 2 responses within a month !!I wrote them every day on whatsapp and emails. And no response. So far they promised to send me mobile apps, did not delivered. They did not answer any of my questions and always asking for a order ID like complete morons. I threatened that I will give them 1 star review and after that support immediately stared replying to my messages, but from the next day continue to ignore me.Do not buy this software unless you are prepared to fix all bugs by yourself, and forget that customer support exists.
