Pros Excellent platform and takes care of all aspects required for running an educational institution. Many things I didn't even knew we could measure and handle it with so much ease. Option to change language. Very secure platform, creates each students, employees login credentials and provides tailor made requirement for each individual depending on its role. User interface is extremely clean and easy. There has been no need so far to reach out customer support because everything is working exceptionally well, with no issues. Learning curve was extremely easy. Cons Once we select language it changes for everyone. I was hoping in future they can allow change of language for each employee, difference teachers can choose to run the program in their selected language, while the admin maintains the default language. I like the user interface but it could be improved. I do not think there was much of a learning curve. I have been using the free online version. I am considering buying a desktop version. Hopefully, the experience is going to be better and worth the money. I like how it helps to keep and look up the performances of the students. It has just been a few months since I started using this platform. I am not sure how customer support works with the free online version. I do think if they were readily reachable, my experience with eSkooly would benefit greatly. Pros I can keep the records of all the students and teachers and their attendance in one place. eSkooly helps me lookup the students and their performances in the exams and class tests with just few keystrokes and clicks. Cons eSkooly does not let me change the student ID once set. It also does not allow to manually set employees IDs for the school. Either eSkooly does not allow or I am just unable to sort the names of the students in a class as per my requirements when I am entering their class test scores or when entering their attendance data.
