The Recruiter team always thinks along and is ready to take developments to their desktop that will help make the program even better. User support is always available and responds quickly to concerns.

Pros

Recrur is flexible and ready to develop with you. User support is very responsive and creative in offering solutions. It feels like they are part of your team all the time. No-nonsense attitude with cost-effective solutions.

Cons

Some really special solutions are not always technically possible.

There is no such area, I did not like. For sure there are areas of improvement, but Recrur team is super partner - always listening, working together with clients.

Pros

Recrur really is ver simple to use for every level user. It has a user-friendly interface and is built up very logically. Recrur really saves my time with every single recruitment starting with a single klick to send out the job advertisement to all the Baltic states and sending responses to all the candidates within only minutes.

Cons

I think it's far too early to point out any cons, since they are developing the product constantly.

Pros

Recrur has a user-friendly interface and for every skill level user. Integrations with company career page and job portals in the Baltics has significantly saved time from my recruiting process, making life as a recruiter considerably easier. I highly recommend it for its simplicity.

Cons

They are developing product constantly, difficult to say.
