I paid $60 for their Promo + Viewer service and used it for less than 48 hours — under Safe Mode, with their proxy and all “recommended settings.” Despite this, their system triggered multiple account blocks, profile distortion, and visibility issues. My Instagram feed layout broke, content disappeared from hashtags/search, and Instagram required immediate identity verification. This is not just an ineffective service — it’s actively harmful. Even as a Meta Verified user (blue checkmark), I suffered serious damage from using their tool. When I contacted their support team, they refused to issue a full refund, offering only a partial refund of $30.9 — completely ignoring the fact that their platform caused immediate harm and forced me to stop using it. ❌ Bottom line: Dangerous for your account Poor customer service No ownership of the risk they cause No meaningful refund policy Looks professional — but it’s not safe Do not trust Inflact. When i asked them to refund they started arguing with me, many email exchanges trying to even keep the commission charged by payment management system even if they refunded me. Inflact saves me from the daily routine of publishing posts and replying to clients in direct. Instead, it does excellent publishing work using a scheduled posting service and can send quick replies to customers through direct messenger. Pros What I like most is the service's blog. It covers many details of Instagram work. The authors present the information in readable form and with a little humor. Cons The service rarely arranges sales or shares promo codes for the free use of Inflact tools. Pros Hashtags generator and direct chatbots do the great job. Chatbot is simple and extremely powerful. Thats what I use regularly and highly recommend. Don't have to pay so much attention to answer each client. Cons Posting is not as powerful as their competitors. Promo looks interesting, but heard it may cause some problems, don't want to risk. In general, it really helped and made it the retention and interaction easier with my followers. Sending welcome messages is my favorite feature. Pros First of all, the wide variety of functionalities and features, immediate support and assistance with the setting up the account, very detailed knowledge base and tutorials, and so on. Likewise, it projects us main objectives such as guiding our audience in instragram since we need to grow as a company to attract customers or prospects allowing us to interact with customers 24 hours a day and help us focus our content on the results we want to achieve such as customer loyalty, consumers final, automatic responses, better geolocation, interactive surveys, hashtag targeting, increased traffic on our web pages, advertising scheduling, optimizing our searches therefore provides great efficiency. Cons The least active thing about Ingramer is that it does not work with other networks and that it does not allow the user to use several accounts at the same time, Likewise it does not have an annual promotion for users. the results report took a long time to arrive.
