I'm also more responsive to risks thanks to the feeds. Pros That it is very built for purpose - forms are simple, and contain only what it relevant to identifying risk and managing policies / assets. The feed is a nice prompter to identify risks in the market as well. The asset register is currently populated through the use of an agent (for Windows assets) or manually. Bulk imports (from csv/xls/txt etc.) are possible by raising a support ticket.
