Le logiciel permet de créer sa maquette 3D afin que les différents prestataires intellectuels et entreprises puissent y avoir accès de la même manière et qu'ils puissent apporter leurs contributions. Le logiciel prend bien entendu en compte les aspects du "smart building" afin que les aspets performance énergétiques et environnementales soient intégrées au projet. Enfin, il accorde une belle part à la gestion du projet avec des intégrations de plannings, la gestion des réserves, le stockage des données numériques (visas, plans, ...) et avertit les utilisateurs par notification. La dernière partie est réservée à l'exploitation du bâtiment, qui vient après sa livraison qui mais permet une large anticipation (notamment avec la gestion des DOE). Cons Le logiciel est assez simple d'accès mais il n'est pas toujours évident de convertir les acteurs projet à des méthodes BIM. Ceci n'est pas propre au logiciel mais peut constituer un frein à l'utilisation.
