My experience with Fugo has been overwhelmingly positive. The platform is incredibly intuitive and has saved my team a significant amount of time in managing our digital displays.

I like Fugo for it's ease of use, value for the money, screen display, and real time updates. Its cloud-based platform and intuitive, user-friendly interface make it simple for anyone, regardless of technical skill, to create, manage, and schedule digital signage content. This allows businesses to easily update their screens from anywhere with an internet connection, eliminating the need for complex on-site infrastructure and making it a flexible and scalable solution for both small and large networks.

Cons

When I used it, there was an issue with the touchscreen display, there were complaints about the cost, especially if the display wasn't working.

Great scheduling for different things showing at different times

Cons

Was a little clunky to figure out things at startup. We don't change much, but when we do it's like having to learn bits & pieces over again.

The above was free, but required using thumb drives. Way too much work for a once a week use.

Internal-visibility-wise it raised from the dead. Because no one wants the campaign data to be a mystery.

Pros

Fugo enables us to develop dynamic, branded dashboards that stream client KPIs, campaign results, and news direct to our TV. It’s easy to link to your Google Sheets, Canva designs and social feeds.

Cons

Although it is schedules where they belong; we would like to have a bit more control, especially if you are scanning between a couple of zones or screen layouts.

Cons

I would like more in analytical tools measuring in-store viewers interact with content. Although i found it useful in my use case.

Pros

At warehouses and dispatch centers, we use Fugo to send real-time messages to screens on the wall whether it’s safety information or shift schedules. It is fast with the drag and drop content builder.

Cons

It needs a good internet connection at each screen end-point, which can be challenging in some of our more far-flung locations.

Fugo delivered a strong value for digital signage, letting our team get visuals up quickly and keeping things nice and simple. If you’ve got lots of displays it’s worth evaluating the performance‑at‑scale, but for many use‐cases it’s a smart pick.

Pros

I liked how simple Fugo made pushing content out to screens, even across different locations, and how little tech‑support was needed. The drag‑and‑drop interface and remote updates were big wins for our team.

Cons

I didn’t like that when you scale up (many screens or many locations) there were a few performance hiccups or manual restarts required. Also the price started creeping up a bit at higher scale.

Its been a wonderful experience. Support at FUGO is very quick. The application is very easy to use and it gets the job done.

Pros

The price per year and the applications available for use!

Cons

I didn't particularly care for the system going down a few times and not being notified through email that something was happening on the FUGO end. I had to find the problem, then contact support, then support fixed the problem on their end. It would be great if FUGO notified a member of IT when a system is down.

Mi experiencia general con fugo es completamente satisfactoria, nos ha ayudado mucho a la hora de presentar nuestros proyectos a nuestros clientes sin tenernos que desplazar a sus instalaciones, ademas la posibilidad de hacerlo desde varias plataformas nos facilita mucho las cosas.Es muy facil de utilizar gracias a su interfaz de usuario.

Pros

Lo que mas me ha gustado es la posibilidad de compartir la pantalla de nuestro ordenador, en los equipos de nuestros clientes, y asi no tenemos que desplazarnos para hacer nuestras presentaciones. Tiene una excelente interfaz que nos permite hacer nuestras presentaciones de manera muy sencilla, ademas si tienes cualquier tipo de problema, su atencion al cliente te soluciona cualquier improvisto.

Cons

Hasta el momento no hemos encontrado ninguna desventaja, ni hemos tenido ningun problema con Fugo, lo unico que es una herramienta un poco cara, si esto para ti no es un problema, lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

Fugo can automate processes, and the UI is very user-friendly, with several themes that allow you to customize your layout. Aside from that, the tool is also incredibly simple to use.
