Overall: The list of things I dislike about this company/software could go on forever. False statements made while when inquiring about the software to get me to purchase, kicking people out of the system when payment is supposed to process, recurring billing not working, lack of customer support (24 hour support is promised, don't believe it), days would go by without receiving a response for support I had to contact their Facebook, the number that was listed on the website no longer worked, and more.
Most of my issues were payment processing which is the main reason I require registration software. Towards the end the issues became customer service issues it would be practically impossible to get a hold of anyone in the company. The CEO of all people was my main contact and he did not care to address the issues I faced with the system or customer support.
Overall this software has made my job more difficult and I have had to use our in-house square reader. The people in the company do not care at all to fix the issues or attempt to, they do not even bother responding. I do not recommend.
