"Good value for money - contacts synchronization"

**Overall:** They solved our needs, but we quit only because another tool used in the process was shut down and we had to completely rearrange the process.

**Pros:** We were using the tool to synchronize contacts from Outlook to Exchange, which allowed us to display them on employees' mobile phones. Synchronization was working smoothly, without delays. Once configured, it didn't require more attention. It was a good tool to synchronize from 600-5000 contacts to circa 60 users.They have great customer service. Very engaged, helpful and professional.

**Cons:** We needed connectors to MS Dynamics 365 which is one of the main source of our contacts, which wasn't supported by Cirasync. That's why we had to use another software as well, to feed outlook with this data and define advanced synchronization rules. We had to quit because this other tool become retired, so we had to migrate our whole process.
