Love this product and recommend it all the time to other IT individuals.

Pros

Needed to be able to push company contacts to all mailbox contact folders from a public folder we keep up with as extensions, title, numbers and other details change. This allow me to push these updates daily so everyone has the most up to date version.

Cons

The logic on the merge feature could get some improvement.

### "Cirasync contact sync"

CiraSync helped with setup and have rarely needed support since.

Pros

Cirasync is a flawless solution that allows us to ensure that all of our users have up-to-date contact information on their mobile devices. All we need to do is update Active Directory with a users' contact details and we can rely on a contact record being added, removed or updated with the help of Cirasync. No special apps required!

Cons

None other than the fact that Microsoft should handle this better on its own.

### "Easily solved several business problems"

We solved two issues: getting all staff contacts to every phone and then having the ability to do the same with a newly acquired company.

Pros

It was quick to setup and very intuitive to use. We needed a solution to pull all of our company staff contacts on every corporate phone and this product delivered.

Cons

When using it with Office365 you need to grant full Global Admin rights to the product. I wish you could grant access to just the areas you need for better overall security. This may just a limitation with connecting with Office365.

### "Great Solutions for 24Vision"

CiraSync is our solution to mainly sync contact information to our organization's iDevices. Rather than depending on a Global address list (which is nor really fast in delivering information), Cirasync pushes information directly to the devices, always available information, on- or off line. We are happy customers.

Pros

CiraSync is easy to use, so you have it quickly on route in your organisation. Syncing to users goes unnoticed for the users and they have direct access to all updated information.

Cons

Changing contact person's photo does not work flawless, somewhere the old photo's keep hanging and they don't update.

### "Good value for money - contacts synchronization"

They solved our needs, but we quit only because another tool used in the process was shut down and we had to completely rearrange the process.

Pros

We were using the tool to synchronize contacts from Outlook to Exchange, which allowed us to display them on employees' mobile phones. Synchronization was working smoothly, without delays. Once configured, it didn't require more attention. It was a good tool to synchronize from 600-5000 contacts to circa 60 users.They have great customer service. Very engaged, helpful and professional.

Cons

We needed connectors to MS Dynamics 365 which is one of the main source of our contacts, which wasn't supported by Cirasync. That's why we had to use another software as well, to feed outlook with this data and define advanced synchronization rules. We had to quit because this other tool become retired, so we had to migrate our whole process.

It's unstable, and regularly needs to be refreshed/re-booted, which in our case, with over 5,000 contacts, can take hours

This use of this version of the software is limited to 5 users per organization and syncing of only 1000 items per sync. If you upgrade to the Enterprise Edition ($12 per user per year), you will no longer experience any of the issues mentioned in the review. Hope this helps. Best, Sonya

### "Does what I need it to"

Pros

It works the way i want it to and it doesn’t require any extra maintenance. I have an active directory group on my server and when i add a user to that group his contact info is in Cirasync and there’s nothing else i need to do.

Cons

I have not come across any cons.........

My overall experience has been a positive one, from setup to production. The software just works!

Pros

The integration with our on-prem AD to O365 for Cirasync is absolutely amazing. We can add and remove users at a touch of a finger. Cirasync handles all the license changes for us automatically without any user intervention.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about the product, it works well in our environment.

We used to have to manually add the contacts for everyone before we had CiraSync. Once we implemented it those problems were now gone.

Pros

I like how seamlessly it syncs all of my contacts. Very easy to understand how the software works. I looked at other softwares that claim to do similar things but They looked complicated to use. CiraSync on the other hand has been very easy to implement and use and the support has always been very helpful.

Cons

At this time I have no problems with the CiraSync software.

### "Calendar access"

We started using outlook for our calendar/schedule a few years ago, because it was a free option that worked for us. We viewed/edited it on our PCs at our desks and as we expanded we wanted to be able to take the schedule with us but because this was a public folder shared calendar we could not When we found CiraSync we were elated to be able to give the calendar/schedule to every employee in the field

Pros

Obviously that we are now able to access our public folder Outlook calendar on our phones With CiraSync we can now view Snd edit the schedule/calendar that we all use and rely on 24/7

Cons

So far we have not found things we don't like about the program We are still in the free trial period

Every now and again I don’t get a sync report so I log in and check the settings. Then I start getting sync reports again

I set it up in about 3-4 hours. It worked first time flawlessly and has not stopped working. Simple and works

Cons

The technical how to on the website is weak. I think they should offer someone to walk you through setup. Without my technical experience it would not have been as easy.
