Was way more powerful than I required and due to infrequent use was more complex to operate

### "Trial going well, but needs more functionality"

Pros

I am loving that the product can connect to our O365 environment and pull the GAL automatically and checks and re-syncs automatically.

Cons

I am running the trial of the software and I wished I had more functionality, like being able to sync the contacts automatically to the built in "Contacts" App on the iPhone. I would really like to try this but it looks like it requires the enterprise version which is the paid version.

### "Easy setup for a very important feature"

CiraSync works well with Office 365 and syncs contact details to clients. This is something we have not achieved well with any other solution.

Pros

CiraSync provides a feature many of our clients have been asking for. The setup is easy and managing the automation is simple.

Cons

No cons. All is well, automation is simple and everything works just fine.

This app was acquired to allow us to have shared mailbox contacts on our Android devices and it doesn't work.

After talking with CiraSync's awesome support team I was able to quickly and easily synch all of our GAL contacts.

Cons

very little. It was a little tricky to understand the steps to synch but after talking to support I got it working.

The setup was fairly straight forward, but what really shone was the responsiveness and attentiveness of the support team. Felt taken care of.

Cons

UI is not always very clear with what is happening, but with some practice it should be fine.

Easy to setup and easy to use. Clear cloud-based dashboard with some nice reporting options.

Cons

\- When syncing from active directory, the phone number has to be in a format usable by different brand mobile phones. Depending on the different notations in your country, and the variety of mobile phones you are using, this might be an issue. - Pricing plans could be more flexible.

This turned out to not at all do what I originally downloaded it for. Has its own perks, ut ultimately was disappointed.

Pros

Convenient Integration between contacts.

Cons

Hard to turn off. No way to separate personal contacts with business ones.

### "A solution for Syncing Contacts and adding custom groups on office 365"

We were having issues with syncing contacts to Android users , creating groups and sync to a certain group of individuals etc. Cirasync provides the much required sync piece.

Pros

Provides a clean interface to sync contacts to groups or individuals. Very useful if you have users who need custom contacts etc.

Cons

Interface is not very simple and could be more intuitive.
