So overall, it is a very basic use of the platform. Pros We particularly appreciate the event management and RSVP features, as they make it easy to organize, track, and update guest participation in a clear and efficient way. The system helps streamline communication with attendees and simplifies the overall coordination of events. Cons The part we like least is the newsletter creation: inserting images and designing the newsletter requires too many steps, and sometimes it is not possible to create a page the way we would like. Even though we only utilize a specific segment of its full potential (bypassing the artwork inventory features), the RSVP and mailing tools alone are effective, well-designed, and make our daily workflow much easier. Pros What I value most about Artshell is its robust event management and communication capabilities. Handling RSVPs, organizing guest lists, and sending out mass communications is seamless and intuitive. It has completely streamlined how we manage our events, allowing us to keep contacts, invitations, and attendance tracked efficiently in one single place without needing external mailing software. Cons Since my daily work is strictly focused on events and communications, I rarely use the artwork and inventory management side of the platform. Because Artshell is fundamentally designed for galleries and art management, the interface includes many modules and features that my team simply doesn't need. I love how the galleries are displayed, how customizable it is for users and how creative people are by displaying their works.
