Sales Cookie overall has been awesome. Anytime I've ever had an issue, I've always been able to get answers quickly. Whenever there is a questions on payouts / commissions, the Sales Cookie team has always been there to remind me the process and walks me through.

Pros

The best thing about Sales Cookie is it is clean and organized. Once you know the system, it is SO easy to navigate. The customization for our individual plans and departments has been vital to keep our agents and management happy.

Cons

There is a little bit of a learning curve (this may mostly be on me) with learning the system. For me, it's always been a trail and error. Fixing errors can be a bit messy but that also depends on the type of plans you have in place.

We implemented Sales Cookie to replace a manual commission process that was consuming significant hours from Sales Ops and Finance every month across four global regions. The implementation team was responsive, thorough, and flexible with our complex plan structures, including multi-tier accelerators, channel splits, referral credits, and manager scorecards.

Pros

We moved from a fully manual, spreadsheet-driven commission process to an automated global platform. Our France team had been on Sales Cookie for four years and loved it, which gave us confidence going into the global rollout. The native Salesforce sync means we are not re-entering data or reconciling between systems. Reps now have real-time access to their commission statements instead of waiting for monthly spreadsheets from Finance, which has built trust and reduced the volume of "where's my commission?" inquiries. The dispute center lets reps submit questions directly in the platform, and we can resolve and track everything in one place. The Customer Support team has been outstanding. The implementation team (\[sensitive content hidden\]) are hands-on throughout the entire build, validation, and launch. Response times were fast, and they proactively surfaced solutions to edge cases we hadn't even thought of yet.

Cons

There is a real learning curve on the admin side. The platform is powerful, but understanding how calculations flow, how alerts work, and how to audit across multiple plans and regions takes time and hands-on practice. If there are future updates to the UI an Admin view of all attributes in 1 screen to Export and Upload into would be great.

They are very helpful in implementing the website to cater to all your needs. From check-ins to calls they make sure everything is working the way you want it to.

Pros

Easy to use, helps create friendly competition between salespeople, and their support staff is very helpful to make sure everything continues to run smooth. Once it is implemented the commission calculates daily and allows for users to track their sales and the payouts added to their payroll.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any cons with Sales Cookie. Any issue you may have is easily resolved with their support staff to work out any quirks you may have. They respond quick and make sure they understand how you want it to work.

Pros

We’ve had a great experience using this sales commission platform. The user interface is modern, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which made adoption across our team very smooth. Everything from tracking commissions to generating reports is organized clearly and saves us a significant amount of time. The implementation process was also handled extremely well. The onboarding team was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure the setup was tailored to our business needs. What could have been a complicated transition ended up being efficient and stress-free. One of the standout aspects has been the customer support. Anytime we’ve had questions or needed assistance, the support team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about their customers’ success and long-term satisfaction. Overall, this platform has improved transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in our commission process, and I would highly recommend it to any organization looking for a reliable sales compensation solution.

Cons

One minor downside is that some of the more advanced features can take a little time to learn at first, especially for new users. However, once you become familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to navigate.

Found that it is very powerful and never fully used all of its functionality for my small operation but the integration with QBO was so helpful. That's the product. The team behind it really made it feel valuable as they continued to look for ways to automate things to help get info into our out of the system.

Pros

Works great - backed by personable, knowledgable, reachable support. Of course, the QBO integration. Workflows are intuitive enough.

Cons

Took a while to get terminology down (what they call 'credits' for example). The costs for each person being measured are reasonable considering the report and dashboard access that they have. It can add up though, if using the reduced aspect of no dashboard, but wanting to capture, say 20 different types of revenue. There is probably another way to slice that though.

Adam, thank you so much for the positive review! Commissions are hard and we try to make them a bit less painful. We hear you about confusion regarding terminology ("credits"). While any terminology can be changed on rep dashboards, we don't have the ability to customize it for admins yet. We will strive to deliver this in an upcoming feature. PS: if you or your payees haven't used the AI yet (blue button in the bottom right), I highly recommend it. It knows everything about your transactions, plans, payouts, etc. Thank you again.

Pros

I am a new user, and it has been a pleasure working with the Team at Sales Cookie. They are insightful, very responsive, and deliver a high-quality service.

Cons

As a new user, I am finding it a bit difficult to learn how to access all the information in the platform. This not a deal breaker at all, it just requires more time and effort from me.

Pros

Sales Cookie delivers consistent, high-quality customer and technical support at a reasonable price. The team has been responsive and reliable, making the platform a solid value for our organization.

Cons

There is an opportunity to improve by building out additional reporting, which would further enhance visibility and overall usability of the platform.

Overall, it's a great product with a great team. I would definitely pull them into another client if given the opportunity and need.

Pros

For the price, I doubt you could find a more flexible and well supported system for commissions calculations. I received a recommendation from another old colleague of mine who had used Sales Cookie and after a brief evaluation I made the recommendation to my client to use the platform. They had a complex calculation which included the integration of data from two or three other systems via their API. Their onboarding team was great, got it implemented in short order (relative to how long others have taken) and the continued support from them were a pleasure to work with and reasonable from a cost perspective.

Cons

As an accountant, I found the reporting more geared towards the Sales leadership and reps rather than the financial reporting side of things. For example, it wasn't until after we were using the platform for several months that they were able to build in a report that would easily calculate and present the commissions expense and liabilities. That said - they did eventually get it there and usable.
