Cons My only gripe is that we just started using it 3-4 months ago and I wish we had it sooner. It's a great tool and product to keep me on track of my goals. This tool is critical for my personal finances! Pros I use Sales Cookies as a salesperson, to monitor and review various aspects of my commission pay. It's quite simple and easy to use and allows me to cross-reference with my own tracking lists and my pay statements. Cons I believe the product could be more intuitive or valuable in the way it represents the information for me as an end-user. But overall, it really does the job and is easy to use. I did interact with the admin portal for a bit and overall, I think UI is clean and easy to use. I love that you can quickly set up sandbox environment to test your integration with them. The dev team is very responsive and work fast. Our feature requests often get delivered on or before SLA. Cons If there is one thing that Sales Cookie can improve upon, it will be to add more granularity to their API access permissions. This will allow us to be more flexible and secured with our integration. February 22, 2019 5.0 Pros This is all in one solution for sales commission automation. Sales Cookie website features very intutive dashboards for Incentives, Transactions, Calculations, Reports etc. The Report dashboard allows you to add multiple reports and you will get an overview of all the things you need to know at once. The clean interface is very intuitive and there is a Learn section provided with each of the dashboards and screens and it will help to understand how each of the section works and how it will help you to automate the tasks. Another plus point is the Teams dashboard, which shows different teams, hierarchies and provides indepth details about each of the team members. All in all it is a must have product and Swiss army knife for every sales team. Cons Nothing major so far. It is good if some of the icons have changed. Pros The support team representative was very easy to work with. She created our incentive plans within the app and everything worked as expected. Our plan is a bit complicated as we have different tiers for new vs. existing clients, but the app handles this well. Cons There is no way to bulk-edit users. The connection pulls data hourly from Salesforce. Pros Saves so much time! No more spreadsheet and inaccurate data. Ease of use for our field reps who love the self-service aspect and the real time dashboards with their potential commissions. I love the manager dashboard as it allows me to see attainment and commission trends for each of my team members. Our executive team likes the plan simulation as well as the gamification options. Cons Not really a 2 minutes to use tool. Takes some time to get up to speed on all the functionality but it's been time well invested so far. Pros Sales Cookie is inexpensive and can do quite a bit, but it's really for a small team of maybe less than 50 employees Cons The statements for the sales team's aren't able to be changed and are a very confusing. The reporting capability doesn't really exist in a fashion that would help us. You have to reach out to a team at SC to change anything rather than being able to do it yourself and for a company that changes our plans so often this doesn't really work well for us. September 18, 2020 5.0 We have automated the manual cumbersome process that used to take us several hours to complete each month, fixed our commission errors and provided visibility to our Sales team. Pros Automation was key for us as we are a fast growing SaaS Company. Sales Cookie met all our requirements at a very attractive price. With dozens of payees (AEs, SDRs, CSMs, etc.), this solution was a game changer! It has so much functionality and has helped streamline our processes compared to the Google spreadsheets we had to distribute and edit every month. Cons Our Sales management team has less direct control over changing the comp plan parameters but having them go through a centralized administrator has inserted more discipline into our processes which will serve us well as we grow. We can now add bonus and SPIFFs easily and reps see their payout in their local currency. Most importantly, we always know what our potential commissions will be before month-end which Sales loves!
