### "Hiring 2.0 with Adaface"

Adaface is a good option for replacing our first round of interviews. It helped us save on hiring time and useful development hours for our engineers. Also, using Adaface we were able to hire a dev for our front-end team in under two months. Overall Adaface is a significant productivity add-on for an Indian startup with a tough and competitive recruiting landscape.

Pros

\=>Adaface is accurate with the candidate screening. We benchmarked Adaface results against our in-person interviews. The number of false-positives/false negatives was close to zero. It ensures that the right candidates make it to the interview process. =>The candidate funnel gives a good overview of where the candidate is in the recruitment pipeline. It has useful parameters like emails sent, emails opened, test attempted, etc. It helped us focus on the candidates serious about taking up a role at our organization. => Adaface helped us screen more candidates than we used to do with the manual interview process. We screened 22 candidates under 40 days with our two-member screening interview panel. This is the number when we were also taking in-person first-round interviews to benchmark the software, so the real-time number would be even better. => Adaface team is prompt in responding to your requests and clarifications. Also, the team helped us customize our tests to suit our needs. =>Candidate dashboard is quite intuitive and easy to use =>Apart from some minor aberrations, our candidates did not face any glitch/breakdowns while attempting tests on Adaface. 

Cons

The pricing is on the higher side, especially for the Indian Market. Regional pricing and customized pricing for startups can help Adaface to better penetrate price-sensitive markets across the globe.

Very friendly & supportive folks at Adaface - they understood our hiring requirements and the challenges being faced, offered good resources and helped us incorporate Adaface into the existing workflow seamlessly. Within 10 interviews, candidate feedback was championing the platform enough for us to be convinced it is the right solution.

Pros

1\. The way it is designed, candidates loved it - we've received consistently positive feedback about the interaction with Adaface while measuring candidate experience for our interview processes. 2. Earlier, we had to devote at least 60-90 minutes of our best engineers per candidate profile received. Adaface took over the first round of interactions, which helped optimise the balance between time spent on work and time spent on hiring. 3. We were able to churn sources of candidates that were performing poorly with objective metrics from Adaface backing the decision and find new ones which helped close positions faster

Cons

Still waiting for them to find a magical way to screen nuanced roles like product / design the way they've done it for engineering.

Reason for choosing Adaface

Most of the other platforms were running a price war & offered a very similar competitive coding experience- they tested technical skills in general, but not tailored to the job. The assessment was in a format that felt robotic. Adaface aced these areas by creating custom assessments that matched day-to-day work in a given role (also considering the skill level required since same titles mean different things in different companies) and their chat interface made the process friendlier, which boosted our employer branding.

Pros

Website, availability of product management test.

Cons

couldn't upload excel, couldn't skip question, same questions appear to all candidates taking the test, invites are not sent to the candidates, on the webiste showing 45 minutes, in actual it is 30 minutes test, support is not responsive, took $5 for such setting up the ready assessment which no other platform charges for.

Adaface has enabled us to scale our hiring process for software engineers. It takes away a lot of the guesswork involved in assessing fit and is an indispensable tool for anyone looking to hire quality engineers at scale.

Pros

Adaface is a game changer when it comes to screening candidates. We evaluated several of their competitors and found Adaface to be the most compelling . + Great default library of questions that are designed to test for fit rather than memorization of algorithms + Great candidate experience, the friendly chat bot emulates an in person interviewer + Great completion rates

Cons

My only wish is for unused credits to roll over month to month but I can empathize why they wouldn't want to add this feature.

### "Much better way to screen candidates"

It has been pretty good... will definitely keep using them for a while

Pros

The face-to-face style automated interview using chatbot is a very good way of screening a candidate without having to go by the resume. Also their round the clock customer support makes me rely on it.

Cons

Ready to go tests are relatively lesser in number so we took time to try the product. Eventually we liked the customized tests they were able to provide. If there were more ready to go tests, it would have decreased the evaluation time.

We had huge hiring targets with almost no-time in our hands. Resume's are a no-go since we don't like to rely on screening using resumes. Interviewing everyone was not possible since the sheer volume of candidates is huge. Adaface helped us cut through the clutter while retaining our candidate brand. It was a win-win for us and the candidates (even if they didn't end up passing, they still left great reviews about our hiring process)

Pros

Fun and friendly chatbot that improved our candidate brand and decreased false positives and false negatives are my top reasons for recommending Adaface to anyone

Cons

The onboarding documentation can be in video format instead of text as it is easy to consume.

Pros

\- Bot, Ada itself - Test coverage. We used predominantly campus hiring tests. But they had other tests in case we need them in future expansion - Customer support! Hands down the best customer support we have seen. ATS integration was seamless. thanks to Adaface support team.

Cons

Bulk invite features weren't very seamless when we started with the platform an year back. They improved it in the current version.

I really liked the candidate experience of conversational assessments that the product offers. Most of my candidates who I asked for feedback had only good things to say about it.

Love Adaface and have recommended them to many of my tech startup friends. The ease of set up and use, breadth of assessments and dashboard make screening fast and simple!

Pros

1\. It takes less than 5 minutes to get from landing page to starting the first candidate assessment. Super easy to invite candidates. 2. With new assessments being added continuously, I am able to use Adaface for almost every role, from business analysts to fullstack developers to my accountant. 3. The dashboard makes it easy to track and make short-listing and hiring decisions. 4. Most candidates think it's pretty cool which leaves a good employer brand impression even if we don't hire them.

Cons

Would be even better if we could easily communicate with candidates through the platform. 1. Share candidate report with the candidate 2. Leave other comments and feedback 3. Or even facilitate form of live-coding (where we can sneak peak in).

Overall, it's a superb recruitment product if you are scaling up and hiring for multiple positions in a short span of time. It cuts down through the noise to give you the filtered candidates that you can progress with in follow-up rounds.

Pros

The best part I like about this Product is the feedback that I received from the interviewees of Ai Palette who used this platform. Almost every one of them loved the Ada recruiting experience praising the user-friendly UI and responsiveness. Also, it cuts down majorly on the human intervention on my part as a CTO wherein I don't need to be present in the meeting itself to monitor their coding process.

Cons

The question bank while quite extensive can sometimes be a limiting factor especially if you are hiring for niche roles. Also, it'd be great if there can be an adaptive interview feature that can be automatically adjusted based on how the candidate is doing so far in the round.
