When I needed a longer time to use the recording I decided to purchase the software. When I recorded the video the sound was brassy, echoey and it sounded terrible overall and not something I would send to anyone. I contacted them right away and explained the issue to them. Their customer service was horrible, they do not ask nicely for things, and they offer you more expensive solutions. In my case, they told me to use a microphone, which I know did not resolve the issue. They would not send me my money back and they did not care that I was going to write them a bad review. Don't waste your hard-earned money on them. They are not worth it.
