I have tried other crm systems and this one has been hands down the best. We are working hard to utilize the entire platform

Pros

The billing, tracking and invoicing are outstanding. The system has been easy to operate, so its been easy to. train staff how to use.

Cons

When the customer pays make those funds available more quickly. With Quickbooks you can process to get funds instantly. We have to wait up to 7 days for ach payments

Great experience with the software and the support is awesome! We have definitely grown how we use it as we learn more and more!

Pros

We love that we can schedule and monitor our jobs so easily. The invoicing is simple and we have had no problems keeping up with our payments and balances due. The Crew Control Office Hours are always very informative and they are constantly improving the processes and developing the product. I have contacted support several times for assistance and they are always helpful and responsive. For the money, this product is the best!

Cons

What's not to like? We have had not serious issues using the software and continue to use it for our daily work and billing.

Pros

great scheduling and time management. I also enjoy the time tracking for the teams, it makes payroll easier

Cons

Not enough viable reports and the product is limited in its current growth potential. I need a more robust system

I am very happy with crew control. It has allowed me to keep my business organized and my crew accountable. The clients love the pre visit notifications and being able to keep their cards on file. It has made my operation much more professional.

Pros

I like how simple of a system that crew control is. Teaching my crew how to use it is ridiculously simple. The texting customers feature the day of service is a time saver.

Cons

I do not like the client side of the system. The save card on file button is hard to find for customers. I would also rather have a different payment processing system like stripe that clients may trust more.

We were looking for service titan originally and ended up using crew control instead. We are so happy we picked crew control and we have no plans on using any other platform. Crew Control is great and we recommend them to all of our local contractor buddies.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use for scheduling, invoicing, quotes, and managing my team. It is a one stop shop for everything we need.

Cons

Not really a con, but sometimes it would help our technicians if it pulled up the customers history when visiting a customers home again. If they can quickly see what was done in the past, it would greatly help. This may already be a feature and we just don't know about it.

Pros

Crew Control is the easiest and best software we have used. We have used 3 or 4 other software and nothing compares to Crew Control

Cons

There is nothing we don't like about Crew Control. I cant think of any issues with this software. We never have problems.

I wish the job board was a little more advanced to track jobs in an easier way. Useful features like being able to make a checklist and job notes would go a long way.

We have been using Crew Control for 4 plus years and have had peace of mind because of this app. It is reliable and the customer service is trustworthy, people always respond we have any questions. I have recommended this app to other users and they have also been happy with it.

Pros

It is easy to navigate in this app and it keeps track of everything we need. We can add pictures and it stores it instead of filling up our phones or computers. I can customize in the app everything I need the crew to include for billing.

Cons

I cannot find a Con. I seriously have had zero issues. I like the value we get and that after using it for years they don't spike the price.

We have really enjoyed our assistance from \[sensitive content hidden\] , who is now a Project Manager. We like the system, and while we may eventually need to upgrade to Service Titan once we grow larger, we are very pleased with this product. We have great comfort with the scheduling, billing, and ease of use that we get from Crew Control

Pros

User-friendly system. Ease of tracking of invoices and payments. Rapid response time for service tickets requested.

Cons

We had to learn the hard way to adjust the way we entered clients with multiple locations, in order to keep them separate and accurate. This was a short lived issue that we were able to adjust (in terms of data entry) and so now it is a moot point. Aside from that, we cannot really think of other cons that we have dealt with so far.

Pros

Crew Control is extremely user friendly and they have an amazing customer support team. We have used their software to grow our company over the past four years and it has been a very positive experience. It's a complete package, from setting up estimates, managing our crews, invoicing customers, and keeping track of inventory/services provided, all the while, using customized communication with everyone involved! I highly recommend Crew Control to anyone starting up a new business, or to someone looking for organization and value for their money.

Cons

It's hard to think of negatives with Crew Control. They are constantly working on software development and are extremely effective in communicating improvements and working on new areas that might be an issue.

Happy overall. I am much more efficient and have more fully scheduled and productive days. I have been able to take on more jobs and make more money with the help of crew control

Pros

The way it texts customers and helps me to be efficient. Before crew control I would end up getting busy on the weekend and not setting up work for Monday now that it automatic every day is scheduled the way I want it to be.

Cons

You can not physically see all the customers on a map and group them together for routing. I also wish it would do chemical reporting records.

I have enjoyed Crew Control from its inception. We actually worked with the creators from the the very beginning to help with insight regarding functionality and purpose. Its cool to see it in its current state. Its also pretty cool that this product was created to solve existing problems.

Pros

Its ease of use. The drag and drop. Maps incorporated in the overall functionality. Easy log in. Dispatch and real time adjustments.

Cons

Editing some of the behind the scene information is clunky. Its hard to find them and once you do its confusing how to make the edits.

I have to say that I found this platform quite unexpectedly and it was a game changer for us. As a new e-commerce business we have a small team at our dispatching unit and having to do everything manually creates a lot of confusion but with Crew Control I'm able to manage my team so effectively.

Pros

This platform has everything you need to keep tabs on manual tasks and avoid confusion. The features are quite flexible and easy for everyone to understand and implement. My crew being new to this platform found it really convenient to operate and they have been using it quite frequently since. The Support is quite helpful for beginners to understand the process and the cherry on the cake is the integration that allows automation of the workflow. It's amazing to have everything kept in line on screen without having to worry about manually entering it.

Cons

So far the platform has been a boon for our business. We are new to the platform and we are still getting our business to pick the pace, so I'll come up with a criticism or suggestions when we have more experience.

Overall, I've had a good experience with this program. It's made my planning and scheduling of the work much, much easier and quicker than the old pen-and-paper method I used to use. I no longer have to keep all the houses and scheduling in my head and now have a nice calendar view for all of our jobs to be done.

Pros

This service was exactly what I was looking for. I run a landscape maintenance company, and we provide weekly service to roughly 200 clients. This program allowed me to set up reoccurring job cards for each client, and allowed me to split the clients amongst my crews. I can easily see the progress of my crews throughout the day which is crucial for me. I also was looking for a program that would optimize the route for the day, to get my guys to the houses in the most efficient manner. I like the calendar view and the ability to easy move job cards between days or crews. I do a lot of shifting of schedules on the admin side, and it has all worked seamlessly for me. I no longer have to use excel to manage the schedule which has saved me a ton of time. I also like that the program allows my guys to leave notes and pictures on the job card for anything they see during their time at the house. I can then see these on the admin side and address them as needed.

Cons

I would like things to be a bit more customizable. There are various functions I would like to be able to do specific to the way I manage things that aren't possible with the current program. I would like an offline mode to be incorporated into the program as well. With everything operating on a website, if the guys don't have service at a house, the time won't log and it will sit on the job card window until they get service.

Reason for choosing Crew Control

It had the scheduling functionality and optimizing of routes that I was looking for.

Pros

Crew control makes communication with our clients simple uniformity. It allows our text in the field to alert our clients when they're in route or when their job has been completed. It helps us budget and save time on job sites and track performance of our staff. It allows us to send quick easy estimates from the field. House receiving payments in a timely fashion.

Cons

Anytime we have ran across a feature that we think would work better for our business we send in a future request they review it and if it is beneficial as a whole they make changes and updates to their site to help all customers so at this time we're currently is not something that we like the least about. Other than photos being more accessible to other crews in the field and staying with the property versus currently you have to download them from each site.

Pros

I love the ease of making work orders, scheduling and using a system that eliminates receipts, and all other paperwork. It’s nice to be able to upload our quotes as well so the guys can see exactly what is quoted

Cons

The only con, would be it’s a little bit trickier to navigate on a phone. I really like on an iPad or a computer.

I started using Crew Control early in the development stages and have seen tremendous care in the system building and responsiveness to customer feedback. They were able to build something I was looking for a few years. Finding them was incredible and I have been a happy customer since. I always recommend to any of my field tech buddies.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to use and implement the system into our business. The usefulness speaks for itself. The customer service team was top notch during the whole process.

Cons

The billing area has work that needs to be done but considering they are always working on improvements, what they do have works good.

The software is easy to use and visually helps understand what the schedule is for each crew each day.

Pros

That the software automatically texts the crew leader a link for the schedule/ service for the day and its Espanol.

Cons

I know it is still in the works, where we can create one-time jobs but a schedule for multiple days. Other than that, the software is good.
