The platform is honestly just easy to use and very affordable compared to other options Ive looked at.

Overall, I would rate TextP2P very highly. It is extremely user-friendly. It is priced right and very scalable for our growing church.

Pros

First, let me say how quick their service response time is. When I had questions as I was first signing up, the response was immediate. Secondly, I find that their price is fantastic. Thirdly, we have had no issues when it comes to import my contact database from our previous provider.

Cons

I honestly do not have any negatives to offer at this time. I would suggest utilizing their 30 day free look. To find out for yourself.

Several things; 1. I like the great US based live customer service 2. The very competitive transparent pricing 3. I like that everything is in one place, Text, Email and Ringless Voicemail 4. Simplicity, I'm not tech savvy, but if I can use the software anyone can

I'm digging deep, but I guess losing credits if you don't use them. However, they have a pay as you go model, so I guess really isn't a con either.

I was looking for a good texting service to support managing my business and found TextP2P to be the best; easy to set up, user friendly, affordable and great customer! service!

Pros

I manage my own sales where saving time is so important; having text, email and phone services combined in one app/service is so convenient, and it’s time saver. Also, customers tend to respond much faster to a text message.

Cons

So far it’s working well but if I find an opportunity to improve, I will post about it. Maybe have more marketing to reach more people.

From the deciding phase to sending messages was quick and smooth. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Pros

What I like most about TextP2P is the ease of setup and configuration. Just simple and straight forward.

Cons

What i like least about TextP2P is that I ran out of credits rather quickly. But, honestly, that was my mistake with not sizing this properly. The available options to get us sending messages again were plentiful.

It was easy to set up. The service has been reliable and stable. And the integration with our automated systems was seamless.

Pros

We are getting so much more interactions from our attendees. It’s so easy to communicate with them and follow up on their questions. Love a good simple app!

Pros

The initial set was easy due to the user guides and videos provided. If I had a question customer service was prompt. We also liked the ease of the app for our organization and attendee’s.

Cons

The approval to be able to send text. The approval process did happen very fast due to all the guidance documents.

Very easy to use and it includes all the features that I need to run successful marketing campaigns.

Pros

I have used several different communication apps, and I recently switched to TextP2P because it offers a balanced set of easy-to-use features at very affordable pricing. My primary reason for switching was that I needed to be able to use texting, ringless voice mail, and email campaigns to reach my customers and leads--none of the other apps that I used included all three. The bonus that is built-in to TextP2P that none of the other apps included is the Contact database that contains my master set of contacts--in the other apps, I could create as many lists as I wanted, but not a master list. To segregate my contacts, I can choose between setting custom fields or adding tags, either of which can be used to create a specific list of contacts needed for my next campaign. Each of the contact methods can be used in a Workflow (a funnel and drip-campaign) to touch base with contacts at regular intervals to keep them moving towards a sale. Updating and Adding Contacts is super simple--just upload a new file containing the changes and the additions, and your Contacts are up-to-date again. Any contacts uploaded that are already in the database will be updated, any contacts that aren't already in will be added, and those with no changes will remain untouched--no hassle. And I'm paying about half the price that my last app charged for each successful text/rvm message dropped.

Cons

I'm used to working in databases with a specific primary key (unique ID) for each contact, but TextP2P doesn't seem to incorporate one directly, which is a little confusing for me. The tutorials do say that when you upload a contact list containing an existing phone number or email, the system will match the number/email to an existing contact and update any changes to the existing data (like address or zip), but it never goes so far as to say that a phone number or email is the primary key for a contact.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when setting up your first few campaigns or trying to manage large contact groups efficiently. I also wish the platform allowed for more visual customization within messages (like branded graphics or formatted text). Thank you Tiffany for the great review. Branded texting with rich messages are coming to the industry this year with a new protocol called RCS. Once all the major cell carriers support it, I’ll be sending more information about it.
