While we are still preparing to launch our project, our first month of membership has been really great in terms of uploading our client list via a CSV file, obtaining preliminary information programming survey questions, and signing up for the account. TextP2P was working with us for a while prior to our organization opting to start our subscription, so we definitely appreciate the company working with us during our project research phase before we subscribed! Thank our TextP2P. Pros Our nonprofit vetted many SMS text services and selected TextP2P based on affordability, great customer service, and data protection policies, all of which were a fit for our survey project. TextP2P is packed with step-by-step tutorials which makes it very user friendly. We are thrilled with the capability to launch a list campaign to a little under 1000 recipients efficiently and expediently. Cons While each MMS message for our survey costs 2 credits, we had to create a formula specific to our project's estimated response rate, which was a little technical in terms of solidifying a cost estimate for our project budget. However, credit costs are reasonable and there is an auto-replenish option that's convenient for keeping the project on track. Additionally, there have been some bonus credit incentives from the company which we are very thankful for, such as the 100 credits for starting a subscription. One contact db is great, if someone quits they can be deleted from all communication easily. Contacts can be added to multiple lists. Customers can pause/resume their delivery texts if they're out of town by replying STOP/START. Pros The contact management organizational capabilities are far superior to the program I was using before. Customer support for this app is very responsive. I use it from my browser in the office then the phone app on the road. Cons I've lost half completed email campaigns when the software logged me off after I went to another task. An auto draft save feature would be nice on drafts. When I think of new features that would be nice, sometimes they already are in there and it's my failure to read the help. Customer Service is fast and helpful. Pros We LOVE having the ability to create Workflows based on specific lists, integrating texts, ringless voicemail and email into one seamless flow. This allows us to easily schedule all communication across a variety of topics throughout our season to guarantee that we are not over-communicating to our clients, resulting in them being overwhelmed. I have used several other RVMs and textp2p is far easier to use also the customer service is from ……. Hold on ….. a real Person…. Yes real people still exist that work in customer service and I get actual answers to my questions that are to my specific question and not Canned copy and paste responses like from callfire or other lower quality providers . Cons Textp2p is not the cheapest , there are others that cost less, but they don’t work nearly as well, some make it almost impossible to use the credits you buy , but with textp2p even though it’s not the cheapest it’s ok because it’s the easiest to use . February 11, 2019 5.0 The #1 feature for me and my business is the bulk scheduling. It allows me to upload a spreadsheet of all my customer's who have a subscription product expiring this month and it will automatically schedule reminder text messages before their renewal date. This allows me to upgrade customers and to offer them better deals, and bring in more revenue. Pros I love the simplicity of the website and how it works on my computer or on my phone. I was able to create a list, upload all my contacts, and start sending personalized bulk messages within just a few minutes. I appreciate how they give you your own local 10 digit phone number, and how I could send text messages with pictures up to 1600 characters long. However, once I viewed the videos, it was an easy start with great prompting from within the program. I started my campaigns with little to no difficutly. Pros I loved the ease of use once I understood the flow. The scheduling and automation allowed me to complete campaigns in advance freeing my time for other tasks. The automation feature allowed me to capture prospects without having to create another campaign. Cons The text message reply feature. The TextP2P dashboard will filter individual text responses, allowing you to reply to them individually. Pros I like the ease of use, it works seamlessly between desktop and mobile, and the UI is very smooth, whereas others have been buggy and aggravating to use.
