While we are still preparing to launch our project, our first month of membership has been really great in terms of uploading our client list via a CSV file, obtaining preliminary information programming survey questions, and signing up for the account. TextP2P was working with us for a while prior to our organization opting to start our subscription, so we definitely appreciate the company working with us during our project research phase before we subscribed! Thank our TextP2P. Pros Our nonprofit vetted many SMS text services and selected TextP2P based on affordability, great customer service, and data protection policies, all of which were a fit for our survey project. TextP2P is packed with step-by-step tutorials which makes it very user friendly. We are thrilled with the capability to launch a list campaign to a little under 1000 recipients efficiently and expediently. Cons While each MMS message for our survey costs 2 credits, we had to create a formula specific to our project's estimated response rate, which was a little technical in terms of solidifying a cost estimate for our project budget. However, credit costs are reasonable and there is an auto-replenish option that's convenient for keeping the project on track. Additionally, there have been some bonus credit incentives from the company which we are very thankful for, such as the 100 credits for starting a subscription. One contact db is great, if someone quits they can be deleted from all communication easily. Contacts can be added to multiple lists. Customers can pause/resume their delivery texts if they're out of town by replying STOP/START. Pros The contact management organizational capabilities are far superior to the program I was using before. Customer support for this app is very responsive. I use it from my browser in the office then the phone app on the road. Cons I've lost half completed email campaigns when the software logged me off after I went to another task. An auto draft save feature would be nice on drafts. When I think of new features that would be nice, sometimes they already are in there and it's my failure to read the help. Pros I have used several different communication apps, and I recently switched to TextP2P because it offers a balanced set of easy-to-use features at very affordable pricing. My primary reason for switching was that I needed to be able to use texting, ringless voice mail, and email campaigns to reach my customers and leads--none of the other apps that I used included all three. The bonus that is built-in to TextP2P that none of the other apps included is the Contact database that contains my master set of contacts--in the other apps, I could create as many lists as I wanted, but not a master list. To segregate my contacts, I can choose between setting custom fields or adding tags, either of which can be used to create a specific list of contacts needed for my next campaign. Each of the contact methods can be used in a Workflow (a funnel and drip-campaign) to touch base with contacts at regular intervals to keep them moving towards a sale. Updating and Adding Contacts is super simple--just upload a new file containing the changes and the additions, and your Contacts are up-to-date again. Any contacts uploaded that are already in the database will be updated, any contacts that aren't already in will be added, and those with no changes will remain untouched--no hassle. And I'm paying about half the price that my last app charged for each successful text/rvm message dropped. Cons I'm used to working in databases with a specific primary key (unique ID) for each contact, but TextP2P doesn't seem to incorporate one directly, which is a little confusing for me. The tutorials do say that when you upload a contact list containing an existing phone number or email, the system will match the number/email to an existing contact and update any changes to the existing data (like address or zip), but it never goes so far as to say that a phone number or email is the primary key for a contact. I liked it so much at my job that when we were looking for a program for or board, I recommended TextP2P! Pros The product is easy to use. The texting is the best feature because we can have a conversation in real-time. Cons The only thing that we were disappointed with was that we couldn’t receive the emails in the TextP2P platform. Pros I love being able to text many people at one time! I can text all my clients follow a specific nutrition or workout program at once to check in. I can text all my new coaches at one time to send a reminder about our weekly call. The automated workflows are helping keep track of clients who start on a different day than others. The ringlets voicemail is such a great way to personalize messages and make my clients fell connected. and if I ever got stuck with how it works, the Support Center resources and very helpful, and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is very responsive! I’ve been looking for a system like this for awhile! Just what I needed! Cons It does take a bit of time in the beginning to figure out how it all works…this is nothing about the program itself. I have used several other RVMs and textp2p is far easier to use also the customer service is from ……. Hold on ….. a real Person…. Yes real people still exist that work in customer service and I get actual answers to my questions that are to my specific question and not Canned copy and paste responses like from callfire or other lower quality providers . Cons Textp2p is not the cheapest , there are others that cost less, but they don’t work nearly as well, some make it almost impossible to use the credits you buy , but with textp2p even though it’s not the cheapest it’s ok because it’s the easiest to use . February 11, 2019 5.0 The #1 feature for me and my business is the bulk scheduling. It allows me to upload a spreadsheet of all my customer's who have a subscription product expiring this month and it will automatically schedule reminder text messages before their renewal date. This allows me to upgrade customers and to offer them better deals, and bring in more revenue. Pros I love the simplicity of the website and how it works on my computer or on my phone. I was able to create a list, upload all my contacts, and start sending personalized bulk messages within just a few minutes. I appreciate how they give you your own local 10 digit phone number, and how I could send text messages with pictures up to 1600 characters long. Pros This text messaging platform is very easy to use, I love that my clients can respond back to me. I love that I can include emoji’s and pictures with the text messages.
