Pros

I love the automations and how easy it is to get started and synced with your website.

Cons

The customer service is iffy. You rarely will have your issue fixed same day, if ever. They continue to add features haphazardly while they should fix the issues we currently need fixed.

Clientbook is a great tool and platform to use and the customer service from their team is top notch.

Pros

We love the ability to set reminders to make sure we reach out to clients on important dates.

Cons

It does take time to integrate with our Point of Sale system. But once it is done it is worth the time spent.

We chose Clientbook over the others because of the amount of functions and because of the price.
