If you have a choice dont do it Pros The Software is handy to manage Events. There are many features and most of them work good. Cons The use of this software is extremely time consuming and frustrating. Everything is complicated and on some days the Servers are down for 2+ hours. You need to be taught everything you do with this software. Nothing is self explaining. The "handbook" is huge.Once the event has been sent out the handling of it is quite cool. Pros Users are able to register and cancel their subscription to en event themselves. Easy to do the check-in onsite and get data regarding no-shows. Cons When setting up an event as an admin it is not obvious what features have what influence on the event invitation / registration. Some features seem to have the same effect in the background but they don't. The support team was very motived and helpful. Pros Several layers of events. Very good Value for the price if u have irregular Events like us (one every two years) Cons Since its just in a rather early stage of developement, there were a few minor features missing. Reasons for choosing Zoon Event Management Software I chose Zoon because there was the option to create organised sub events (or in our case lectures) which the users can choose on registration and which can be put to limited capacaty.
