Overall, the platform remains usable and performs its basic functions. However, due to poor stability, occasional slow performance, technical bugs, and low overall efficiency, the platform does not provide a reliable workflow. A critical issue is message delivery, where messages sometimes do not reach clients. With a high volume of reservations, this creates serious communication problems, confusion, and potential loss of revenue. For a system meant to improve efficiency, I would suggest looking for more stable alternatives with better speed, consistency, and reliability to improve your job performance.

Pros

What I like most is that it centralizes all reservations in one place, making management easier. I also appreciate the responsive technical support team, which is generally available when help is needed.

Cons

The main issue for me with this app is the stability of the Booking integration. There are frequent technical issues, and at times messages sent through Hostify do not reach clients. This creates uncertainty in communication and requires extra attention to ensure that important information has been successfully delivered. I have been working with this application for three years and can clearly see that these problems occur consistently over time. In addition, support is not always consistent - some issues are handled quickly, while in other cases responses are very slow or not followed up as promised.

overall great PMS. super analytical charts and indicators. very professional and works great with all channels.

Pros

I liked about hostify, that its an allround PMS with easy intergration to all channels and many softwares

Cons

allthough it was never an issue to use the pms, the interface could have looked simpler or easier to use. also we had some issues with the revenue numbers.

Lo que más me ha gustado de Hostify es su simplicidad combinada con funciones profesionales. Es fácil de usar, muy estable y su equipo de soporte realmente escucha al cliente. La atención es rápida, personalizada y están abiertos a mejorar la plataforma según las necesidades reales de los usuarios

Cons

Lo único que mejoraría sería añadir algunas funciones avanzadas o más opciones de personalización para operaciones grandes. Pero en general la plataforma cumple muy bien y sigue mejorando constantemente.

Super intuitivo, y el customer service tambien super amable y te ayudan en toda consulta que puedas tener.

Quiza si tengo que elegir algo seria la manera que hay que likear la plataforma con sus aderidos, pero eso va mas de parte quiza de como digo las extras, mas que culpa de hostify en si.

Pros

Hostify has proven to be the best solution for managing our multiple single-unit properties. The platform keeps improving month after month, and it’s clear that user feedback is really taken into account. \[sensitive content hidden\], our account manager, has been incredibly supportive and responsive, which makes the whole experience even smoother. Couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Cons

The booking engine setup and direct promotions still lack some flexibility, but these features are gradually improving and we’re looking forward to the upcoming new model.

Pros

I love working with Hostify - as the team is always super proactive when it comes to scheduling calls, discussing opportunities and new possibilities. Their help desk is very easy to work with and solve problems fast.

Cons

The back-end can be a bit overwhelming and looks a bit outdates, so it is important to really take time to go through it with the team.

Pros

Hostify is a great all-in-one PMS with integrations to some of the top partners in the vacation rental market. However, in my experience, its greatest value lies in the responsiveness of the support team, its adaptability, and the endless possibilities for personalized solutions that it offers.

Cons

There's always room for improvement but I know they are already working in a few things that I was missing like the guest app, which will be launched very soon, so I can say I'm happy with everything so far.

Hostify ofrece servicios realmente buenos. Su atención al cliente es excelente y siempre están dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema de manera rápida y eficiente.
