Automatic translation of the posts is the best function as our staff speaks different languages and it was major time consumption to translate everything into 3-4 languages. Cons If post includes a photo, then it only comes in one size. Occasionally would like to view a smaller photo. We do not have an interface with HR software, therefore managing joiners and leavers is a bit of work. Will change that last part soon.
