No customer service is definitely a problem for any enterprise customers. **Pros:** Low cost, met audit requirements, supports iOS devices, Mosyle was chosen by someone else without information on other options. **Cons:** Terrible experience, haven't been able to change over the ownership to my account for 3 years despite multiple tickets. It has some good features when it works. When we have problems they can be slow to respond. The layout requires switching back and forth to access everything you need which can be frustrating. **Pros:** I like that it is easy to enroll devices and push out apps and web clips. Mosyle classroom manager is a great tool. **Cons:** I don't like the layout of resources. I am continually swtiching from "Management" to "My School". Also, a lot of the options aren't easily accessible. It is can be slow to follow commands. Sometimes the system gets bogged down and it won't do anything for days.
