"Feedback on Mosyle Evaluation: First Impressions & IT Assessment"

**Overall:** Mosyle offers excellent value. While the agentless model requires some technical adaptation for IT and a slight behavioral shift for end-users, the substantial cost savings make the transition highly worthwhile—especially since the platform effectively covers the vast majority of our needs.

**Pros:** Strong Feature Coverage: It handles 90% of what Kandji/IRU does, and even introduces some features they lack. Straightforward Configuration: Settings are logical, squared away, and easy to navigate. Deep Accessibility: A wider range of advanced settings seems more readily accessible directly from the console. Manageable Learning Curve: While the web interface graphics feel a bit dated, it is simple, clear, and easy to understand. Built-in Admin On-Demand: A highly valuable inclusion for managing temporary local admin privileges without extra costs. Device Groups: Offers flexible and effective management of device groups. Granular Hardening: Provides excellent precision and fine-tuning capabilities for security hardening. Decisive Pricing Advantage: The cost difference is the main driver. At the same price point, undergoing the migration wouldn't be justified, but Mosyle's pricing makes it a highly attractive alternative.

**Cons:** Agentless Architecture: The lack of a local agent is the biggest paradigm shift. It raises some questions regarding how pushes and settings are applied over the air. We will definitely miss the convenience of manual syncs (the kandji run command was very useful). End-User Experience Shift: Our users are used to searching the menubar app to check for updates. Its absence means we will need to adapt our internal communication and user habits. Update Management: The update management process differs significantly from Kandji and will require us to build new IT workflows.

"Not Enterprise Ready, No Live Customer Service Support, Bad Billing Practices"

**Overall:** Awful, no one seems to work there and the proposals to fix issues don't make sense. No customer service is definitely a problem for any enterprise customers.

**Pros:** Low cost, met audit requirements, supports iOS devices, Mosyle was chosen by someone else without information on other options.

**Cons:** Terrible experience, haven't been able to change over the ownership to my account for 3 years despite multiple tickets. Contract automatically renews on the highest seat count. No customer support phone number.
