Pros Praticidade para compartilhar artes com os franqueados, melhor visualização de métricas, disponibilidade dos conteúdos institucionais da marca (cor, fonte, logo..) em um só lugar, liberdade para os franqueados editarem artes... Cons O único ponto que não supriu de fato as expectativas foi a questão do pós implantação. Nós tivemos o suporte sempre quando precisamos, porém, no meu ponto de vista poderia ter um acompanhamento diário pelo menos na primeira semana para verificar se está dando tudo certo. No geral atende a necessidade, mas acho que precisa melhorar um pouco a usabilidade, os colegas de outras áreas encontram dificuldade ao usar. Pros Gosto da gestão de marca e disponibilização de artes editáveis, apesar de não usar tanto esse recurso atualmente. Gosto também da possibilidade de acompanhar as métricas de cada tarefa. Cons Sinto falta da possibilidade de marcar o solicitante, de ter um acompanhamento das tarefas mais fáceis, como jira ou trello, com possibilidade de colocar mais campos, como checklist por exemplo. Também sinto falta de poder categorizar as demandas com etiquetas, facilitaria a vida. Uma sugestão seria seguir um modelo que fosse parecido com as tarefas do Jira, podendo ter uma tarefa mãe e tarefas filhas, isso ajudaria na nossa gestão de tempo e prazos. O Deskfy nos salvou de fazer muitas refações em artes, hoje usamos os comunicados oficiais e temos uma biblioteca de artes. Lamentamos que, em função da pandemia, nossa rede tenha reduzido para apenas 5 unidades, mas mesmo assim, nao abrimos mão. Pros Para quem possui rede de franquias e preza pelo padrão das unidades, o deskfy é essencial. Gosto muito e já indiquei para outras marcas. Excelente atendimento, fácil de operacionalizar. Boas ferramentas! Cons Acho difícil de carregar, parece pesado... Tambem acho ruim ter que emitir um comunicado sempre que subo artes para a rede, sendo que uma notificação avisando isso resolveria. Tentei substituir o uso de outras plataformas para esta, mas tive algumas barreiras. Seria ótimo se pudéssemos conectar com o Trello e Google Drive, pois faço controles manuais lá.
