Pros Having a single place for our employees to go to recognize each other and a wellness portal is the best. It is so easy to use and employees love the options for challenges, learning videos, self improvement and team events. I love the way TB reaches out to employees, especially new folks to get them activated and keep them informed about our program. And did i mention the ease of customization? Love it! Terryberry has made this process easy for us . . . the set up has been a breeze and the fact that they track everything is a time saver for myself. Being able to keep track of performance and look at past is so good. I can view peer comments and keeps me focused on my objectives. Very affordable. Pros 360 Recognition is easy to use. I love that you can do pear to pear recognition. It's easy to put objectives and have them reviews by supervisor. This really encourages staff and helps keep up with performance. They really did almost all of the work for us and continue to provide strong support. Pros It so easy to use and given that our staff are spread out all of the country it gives us an opportunity to have corporate wide challenges that we can rally around. We are very focused on wellness this year and the platform adds a fun dimension to our program. Staff can earn points so there is incentive to participate but its optional. Cons Our healthcare provider also provides incentives for some of the same types of activities. Not really an automated way to integrate that but given privacy considerations not sure there could be a way. Pros: Email address not required; just a unique identifier for each user. Language settings - about 50 languages to choose to translate the site; this makes it a global option. Flexibility in setting point/dollar conversions; budget friendly. Accessible - we keep it as a stand alone website, so employees can use it from any location and device (PC, smartphone, tablet). The app is also really great! Cons: Employees would like more reward options at lower point values - we use TerryBerry's standard catalog, so this is not something in our control. User friendly." 5.0 May 17, 2017 Overall it's easy to use and the SSO feature removes a barrier to access for our teams. The company newsfeed is a great overall view and reporting features work well. We'd like to be able to see group nominations broken out to show individuals names without having to click the link. It would also be nice to be able to edit more easily and undo an applaud. Thus far we have had high utilization and satisfaction with this product. It was affordable, easy to use, and the development team was really responsive and helpful throughout the process.
