Cons Although I do not necessarily see this as a con, some may. There are too many options for employees. Sometimes limiting options make decisions easier. They really did almost all of the work for us and continue to provide strong support. Pros It so easy to use and given that our staff are spread out all of the country it gives us an opportunity to have corporate wide challenges that we can rally around. We are very focused on wellness this year and the platform adds a fun dimension to our program. Staff can earn points so there is incentive to participate but its optional. Cons Our healthcare provider also provides incentives for some of the same types of activities. Not really an automated way to integrate that but given privacy considerations not sure there could be a way. Pros Having a single place for our employees to go to recognize each other and a wellness portal is the best. It is so easy to use and employees love the options for challenges, learning videos, self improvement and team events. I love the way TB reaches out to employees, especially new folks to get them activated and keep them informed about our program. And did i mention the ease of customization? Love it! Cons I would love to be able to link other programs like Noom with the wellness center.
