Managing Director, Client Success Utilities Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "The Leader in Data Science Assessments" February 20, 2021 5.0 Pros QuantHub is very easy to deploy for screening of candidates and provides in-depth assessment of their skills and capabilities vs. our desired "perfect candidate." We also loved the actual challenges where we could see how candidates dealt with real-world problems in data science. Cons The field of data science is relatively young and evolving, so content is constantly changing to stay up-to-date with the latest industry activity. QH does a good job pushing that new content continuously, but that can mean candidates may score differently over time. Not a problem, just something we needed to be aware of. I learned quite a bit and feel confident that I have a continued learning source that challenges me. Pros The ease of learning at my own pace. I have started applying this new knowledge into my current role. This last month, with the team challenge helped me kick my competitive spirit into the next gear! I was able to see what place I was in throughout the day and how many neurons i needed to take 1st place! Cons Some of the articles didn't prove a great deal of information or were not available. Let's be honest; learning about data analytics isn't always fun, but we know how valuable it is. The gamification aspect makes learning about this topic much more fun and engaging! Cons There are a lot of things to like about Quanthub, but if you use it every week like I did, it can get a bit boring when there aren't other exciting challenges to make things more interesting. Some suggestions could be quests, mini games, earning of more badges apart from the badge that is given when you go from one stage to the other. Quanthub needs to elevate their gamification!
