Pros: I find this software an easy solution that is suitable for almost every budget. It helps me a lot in the growth of my company and meets my expectations. For achieving a useful service, I always require a centralized customer management system. The CRM software allows me to be productive and I can focus better on the meeting requirements of prospective clients. It collects all the data of customers that is significant to me, also collects special sales report and other analytics.
Cons: I feel this software safe but the data at the centralized point that is the cause of threat to an organization that executes a CRM solution. I consider this software to remove the human element from the equation of business. There is no technical support with this software. Once I did not keep the database approximately, I lost all my data. As there is no manual back up, all the information can get lost within the software.
Overall: Overall, the CRM software is suitable for checking multiple things at a time; it creates an environment where I can make several adjustments according to my requirements. A good CRM software assists me in doing my own research. I complete almost all my work through this software. It does not keep a record of the lost paperwork, missing files, and several other elements. Other than saving files, this software is good to use as it collects all of the data within no time.
