"Convenient"

Overall: Cools. Thanks for creating this software a lot of good thoughts for you!

Pros: If I own a business , I would love to use CRM for all the data of my leads. It has always been a user friendly software , easy to use and easy to do training for this.

Cons: I think none. It just that when internet is not working you cannot use it anymore, I was thinking maybe there should be like an offline CRM to use. lol

Overall: Overall experience shows that it is identified by me and other users in my company as great tool. Which helps in making our work easy

Pros: It is a software that gives the needed results at the right time. As such speed and efficiency is recognised here.

Cons: Only problem is understanding the language of the software quickly

"CRM"

Pros: Once I was trained on it, It was easy to use. I like that we can do almost everything we need in one system. Able to set each employee up with certain access.

Cons: It took a lot of time to completely train our employees. We have had clitches but customer service has helped.
