The biggest disadvantage is that it doesn't have such a user-friendly platform and it's a little difficult to learn to use.
It was really hard to use and didn't work most of the time. My brother has to use it for band and he can't stand it either.
It was really hard getting into the right class and turn in work.
There are so many aspects to this software it can be a little intimidating to learn how to use it.

"Tool that helps music tutors"
Overall: It was one of the first tools used in this segment and, as difficult as it was to use, it made the classes a little more organized.
Pros: It makes it possible for students and teachers to participate in many different types of classes with different musical instruments. It has a well-organized panel that even allows you to register homework
Cons: The biggest disadvantage is that it doesn't have such a user-friendly platform and it's a little difficult to learn to use.

Overall: From my experience, there wasn't much to love about charms. I see how it could be helpful for teachers, but it's a nightmare for students,
Pros: When my orchestra teacher was unable to make it to school we would have quizzes or chair tests on charms. I hated it. Sometimes we used it for homework and it was the worst. I could never get it to work right. The audio was wrought and sometimes when I was recording it would stop recorded randomly on its own. Charm days were the worst days.
Cons: It was really hard to use and didn't work most of the time. My brother has to use it for band and he can't stand it either. He never wants to do his work on charms. It would stop recording on its own, and was always super confusing to log on to. It was really hard getting into the right class and turn in work.

Overall: Good to use for student trips as it keeps track of payments and sends reminder emails. Not as useful for choral music as it is band and orchestra.
