le logiciel est intuitif et facile d'utilisation. Pas besoin d'être expert en informatique. Il est facile de contacter la manager et les locataires.

Pros

Je reconnais une certaine sérénité dans la façon de collaborer avec Homerez. ils sont très professionnel et ils n'hésite pas à nous contacter pour la résolution des difficultés. Avec eux, mon bien est toujours en avant dans les recherches.

Cons

la prise des photos, faire des vidéos de formation pour la prise des photos. Augmenter les conseils sur la décoration.

La gérance des reservations, je ne m'occupe de rien. Contrôle régulier des annonces pour la mise à jour des tarifs

LES VIREMENTS ARRIVANT BIEN TROP TARD, parfois une semaine apres le depart du vacancier, alors que ce dernier paiela totalité le journ de sa reservation.

C'est trop de travail de mettre son annonce sur pleins de site, là au moins c'est géré par des professionnels

Aucun aspects du produit je n'ai pas apprécié tout est bien comme il faut chez Homerez très satisfait

Enfin, un véritable interlocuteur, et pas un chat impersonnel et inefficace. Et, lorsque Homerez vous dit on vous rappelle, je suis rappelé contrairement aux autres acteurs drainant la part principale du marché de la location

Cons

Pas de point négatif, pas de points négatifs, pas de points négatifs....... Pas de points négatifs et j'utilise Homerez depuis 9 ans pour plusieurs maisons.

Muy buena experiencia ya que me aporta numerosos clientes de calidad, que es fundamental para alquilar una casa vacacional a grupos tan numerosos de 14 personas alojadas.

Pros

El servicio profesional de calidad y rápida y amable atención. Están continuamente pendientes para que el anuncio esté bien comunicado y actualizado.

Cons

No podría decir nada que no me haya gustado de Homerez, puesto que cumple con todos los estándares de calidad en todos los aspectos que atiende la plataforma.
