Le principal problème est le manque de support réellement efficace. Nous sommes bloqués depuis plus d’un mois sur une question importante liée aux articles, prix et conditionnements. Il est très difficile d’obtenir une réponse claire, un contact téléphonique ou une personne capable de proposer une solution concrète.Mon expérience globale est très insatisfaisante. Le logiciel semble puissant, mais il devient compliqué à utiliser lorsqu’il faut gérer des cas réels en masse. Sans support réactif et compétent, le temps perdu devient énorme et cela crée une pression importante en interne.

Pros

Très décevante. Le logiciel peut être utile en théorie, mais l’expérience devient extrêmement frustrante dès qu’un problème important apparaît et qu’il faut obtenir une aide concrète.

Cons

À ce stade, je n’ai malheureusement aucun avantage particulier à signaler. Mon expérience a surtout été marquée par des blocages techniques, un manque d’accompagnement clair et une grande difficulté à obtenir une solution pratique à un problème pourtant essentiel pour notre activité.

blocage d'accès sans information pendant plusieurs semaines. aucune information encore une fois. Scandaleux a mon sens.

Pros

aucun, non cohérant, il vous faut être informaticien pour gérer le programme. Sans parler de la mise en page qu'il vous est interdit de retoucher.

Cons

service technique inexistant vous pouvez rester des heures avec une douces mélodie sans aucune réponse.

Pros

Winbiz ist relativ günstig und einfach zu installieren.

Cons

Das System ist im Herbst 2022 für 2 Monate einfach ausgefallen. Wir konnten keine Offerten, Rechnungen etc. mehr erstellen, auch keine Mehrwertsteuer abrechnen, oder Löhne bezahlen. Die Firma stand deswegen 2 Monate lang fast still. Es wurde keine Alternative angeboten. Es gab während dieser Zeit keinen Telefonsupport, niemand war erreichbar. Nun dachte ich, dass sie daraus gelernt hätten. Aber im August 2023 hat sich diese Firma immer noch nicht weiterentwickelt. Sie sind wieder Tagelang nicht erreichbar und antworten nicht auf Support Anfragen per Mail. Wenn sie dann doch antworten, dann nicht auf die eigentliche Frage, die man gestellt hat. Diese Firma ist eine absolute Katastrophe und sollte geschlossen werden.

Plantâtes fréquents à l ouverture, on doit souvent répéter l’utilisateur et le mot de passe.

Pros

Le Local fonctionnait très bien, mais suite au passage au cloud par forcing de la part de Winbiz nous avons connus les pires situations de plantâmes et instabilité du logiciel.

Cons

SAV et support inexistant, impossible d’avoir un support même en se collant au tél à l ouverture de la Hotline pas de réponse aux courriels même en lançant un SOS.

La plus mauvaise expérience avec un fournisseur quel qu'il soit !!!!!!!!!

Le logiciel était parfait avant le passage au cloud et surtout avant le hacking !!!

Cons

Service client lamentable : impossible de les joindre ni par tel ni par mail. Suite au hacking de leur serveur, le service communication fait croire que tout le monde a pu recommencer à travailler alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Nous n'avons aucune information, rien !!! Nous avons envoyé plusieurs courriels pour que l'on nous aide dans cette situation désespérée et ils sont tous restés sans réponse !!!

Une vrai catastrophe.. ne passez en aucun cas sur la version Cloud, le support est inexistant.. ca plante fréquemment pertes d'écritures et de données... tout semble corrompu

malheureusement après plus de 20 ans en version postes de travail .. nous avons passé sur cloud.. ne le faites en aucun cas.. c'est presque une arnaque .. vous avez payé vos licences.. plus de support on vous prends en otage et le pire cela ne fonctionne pas. ils n'ont certainement pas compris qu'une société a besoin d'un système comptable fiable

Lors de mon achat winbiz il y a 2 ans ( licence fixe pour 2000 CHF) tout était au top car le logiciel était installé sur l'ordinateur. Cette licence était censé n'être payé qu'une fois. Puis un jour ma licence a été coupé et j'ai été forcé de passer aux Win biz cloud et la c'est une catastrophe 3.13 CHF par minute pour être dépanner, j'ai eu quelques jour de retard de paiement et il m'on couper l'accès . voila comment on nous remercie de notre fidélité.

Pros

Fonctionnalité , logiciel complet, rapidité (seulement sur un ordinateur fixe.

Cons

Prix , aide aux clients , bug récurent, lenteur vis a vis du cloud

I was looking for an "almost" all-in-one software for all accounting, payroll and invoicing aspects of my law firm. I have been using Winbiz since 2011 for accounting and payroll aspects. The software has not changed much since then, which is a big reason for regret. In 2018, I wanted to invoice on this software and I was seduced by their "cloud" operation, without realizing that what they call here is the complete virtualization of the software on their premises. The software is full of features, but some basic things take (unnecessarily) time. With the Cloud, these basic things have become even more difficult (lags, adding an unnecessary printing overlay, document export). After a few weeks, I realized that the operation on the invoicing module was hellish: each invoice change took several minutes and was impossible if a payment had been entered. While the online bank statement works at first glance (which was my main factor to consider), its subsequent use is very problematic. Instead of reconciling accounting entries, it requires that the creditor and debtor be entered, which is not effective for small structures. Faced with these problems and despite my proposals to keep the same software in standard solution but limited to accounting and payroll modules, the support did not want to know anything and refused to abandon a subscription at the otherwise overpriced price.

Pros

\- The number of features is impressive - All in one - Integration with Swiss accounting standards rather well achieved - (Limited) extension possibilities with the API

Cons

\- Very obsolete interface - Lack of basic functionalities (example: it is impossible to edit several entries / invoices in batch, it is impossible to export a selection of invoices at once). It's very annoying: to export an invoice list, you have to select them one after the other. - Software too permissive on many aspects: you can make "enormity" without being slowed down. - Lack of small tricks that would save a lot of time. Example: A debtor rounds up his invoice. The software will refuse the payment, for VAT reasons. I can understand, but the software should then propose to round up the invoice or create a new one. Instead, you have to cancel what you write, return to the invoices, create a new one with the difference, return to the payments and recreate the payment. Two minutes of lost time that could very simply be corrected. - Be careful with the closing, some reversals (especially for freelancers) are not automatic. - Winbiz "Cloud" is not a cloud. It is, in a simplified way, the software that runs thanks to a virtualization service on their premises. Virtualization solutions are not there to spare the publisher the development of an overlay for data exchange with the server. This is a huge regret for us (see below). - The software documentation is done on two different platforms. Some information (crucial!) is up to date on one site and not on the other. - Importing is difficult and without example, with many traps.
